I had to do a plan change and Maryam went above and beyond with her customer service. She was very knowledgeable about the plans and her customer service was amazing. It is very refreshing such professionalism and customer service still exists! I will definitely recommend and ask for Maryam!

Always good deals! Friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff! When they have time, they help with the little things that make all the difference! Great staff!

I'm having issued with having poor credit because of unfortunatecircumstances, and Miriam was super helpful and made me feel quite a bit less embarrassed about it. this is a quick stop by when im at the grocery store anyways sonits really convenient. great service and no complaints

I do not recommend buying anything at this store. I purchased Samsung S10's for my wife and myself from this store. My wife's phone got the screen cracked and the charging port got messed up so charger wouldn't work. I took it in to ask about having it repaired. He told me it couldn't be fixed and wouldn't be worth it if it could even though it was only a couple months old. He then sold me a new S20 without telling me that I would have to pay the remainder on the S10 in one shot on my next bill. He also sold me insurance for the S20 but without mentioning that he was selling me some 3rd party insurance rather than telus insurance. When the S20 was knocked out of her hand by a dog at the river and smashed on the rocks I put in a claim and found the insurance company almost impossible to contact and deal with. It also turns out this insurance is more expensive than telus. I still haven't reached a resolution to my claim with these people and I am very unhappy with their service.

This was a great experience. The fellow that we dealt with switched our phone plan so we could save money and got us new phones on top of that. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable and did a very good job of explaining everything to us. So happy!!

Maryam and her wonderful associate were a treat to talk to. Despite knowing that I was not in a position to make a purchase and would likely be buying from a different location (I live 100km away) they still answered all my questions and shared great advice on who had the best plan for my needs.

Got a new phone through Kayla at the mobile shop. She set me up with a great deal on a new Samsung Edge, with a phone case and good loyalty plan.. I even got a PC points bonus for upgrading through the mobile shop ! I referred my boyfriend and dad to her for their upgrades aswell. Would highly recommend this store and aksing for her ! :)

Kayla was amazing! She worked hard and found us great deals, and also managed to lower our monthly bill. Can't say enough good things about our experience we had with her. We highly recommend Kayla and The Mobile Shop at Superstore in Chilliwack
