Outstanding service!Travis has been incredibly helpful, effective and courteous. He is the kind of employee who knows what customer service means, and he exercises it everything. What a great feeling to be helped in such a friendly manner.

Had the best experience today with Travis. His customer service is top notch. Not a fan of bell. But he was amazing. He went above and beyond & I can’t thank him enough.

Jon and Travis are two of the best at this location! They helped diffuse a problem with my preorder of the iPhone 14 pro max! Made it easier to understand what was wrong! I am singing their praises! Give these their due credit!! Thanks again guys!!

Worst customer service experience!I needed some help with the bell mobility as my cell phone is having issues with the cell reception. Went into the bell store at Lambton Mall in Sarnia for help to fornar the device and unfortunately was met with this sales guy Devon. After I explained the problem, the first words out of his mouth were Oh you are not here to buy anything then...". His attitude was very dismissive and told me rudely that they are very busy with other customers (there were only two other people in the store at the time) and declined to help me at all. He said you can format the phone on your own and I don't need his help. I walked out of the store at this point.I am not sure how this guy is employed in a customer service role with this attitude but I guess that's unfortunate on Bell's part that they have such an employee working at one of their store.Google doesn't allow for any zero star or even negative star reviews otherwise this review would have been a negative star one to say the least!"

Travis was unbelievable, made the process stress free and easy. No longer dreading getting help with my phone!

Had to return to this store because my daughter's phone service plan was messed up. Twice given a bait and switch. Sticker shock. Employees do not know what they're offering and like to deflect error. I had to call Bell support multiple times and was transferred many times. Frustrating company.

Was in today to get help with new iPad and cell phone. Wow! Jon provided outstanding customer service! Very friendly, knowledgeable and kind service which I appreciated so much! I have been a Bell Canada customer for almost 40 years. My only choice for cell phone service is Bell Mobility. You are very lucky to have Jon on your team! Thank you so much!
