Messed up order. Phoned and complained. Waited an hour for the new pizza to be delivered and a no show. Not ordering from them again.

Being gluten free is bad enough. Having a soggy, uncut pizza crust that isn't fully topped is worse. The feta is wildly salty and dry/crumbly. Worst pizza I've tried. I highly suggest the dominos across the street.

We weren't sure what to do to make our anniversary special. Can't go out anywhere so we asked Pizza Hut in Aylmer to make a heart shaped pizza. It was perfect. They had even used icing to write Happy Day (anniversary was too long) on a paper on top of the pizza.Overall they have improved drastically since they first opened and go above and beyond.

Our pizza and food are always cooked to perfection and hot when we get it. Customer service is excellent as well. Thank you, Pizza Hut team. They have changed no dining in.

My wife and I really like the maple bacon and then we specifically ask for BBQ sauce with it. It's so good. :-),Really good and friendly service

I think Pizza Huts pan crust is the best. We decided to order from here while we had a few friends over and it was great. The pizzas were well made, store was clean and the employee was great! We ordered online and the pizzas were ready for pick up quickly. Over all very easy and convenient and they did not disappoint.

Ordered pizza and a chicken fettuccine for supper. My mother in law is a diabetic. We had to wait 45 minutes...which was fine. She could take her insulin then.Arrived to pick it up. The guy said we are out of chicken fettuccine.No call...no heads up. Tried to charge us 47.00? Pardon? We are just paying for a pizza?Pizza was okay. But we will never be back.

This is the second time I've had trouble with this location. Both times my order was wrong and things were missing. When I'm finally able to speak to them they promise a free pizza in my account. The first time they messed up and promised a free pizza it was never added. The second time was just recently and I'm not even going to order from there again so no idea if they've added one. It really sucks because I love pizza hut. Go to any pizza hut but the one in Aylmer ON. Too bad I can't leave 0 stars for this location.

Tried placing my order on the app twice, was told to call the restaurant to follow up. Called 3 times. The first 2 times the phone rang once and the call dropped". 3rd time the call connected. All I heard was shuffling around
