Terrific service, I was beside myself when I recieved a response within the same hour of inquiry. Eldon quickly set me up an appointment for the following morning cause I was unable to deliver it to him that night. He sat me down and did everything in front of me not only showing me why he was doing it but how to do it as well so maybe I can solve these issues in the future on my own. Took maybe an hour to completely fix my computer and he did it at a incredibly fair rate. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for someone that actually cares about the work they do. Passionate is a word to describe this business owner.

Excellent service! We were at the point of throwing our 2 year old computer out the window due to it being incredibly slow. Eldon quickly answered our call, identified the issue and fixed it same day within 2 hours of us dropping off the computer. Highly recommend.

My laptop recently stopped working, it wouldn’t turn on. I contacted Eldon, in hopes he could help me out. He responded very quickly and said he would be happy to take a look at it, offering to help me that day. He worked on it while I waited, offering advice and sharing his vast knowledge about computers as he worked away. He let me know that he also sells and replaces hard drives (my computer is pretty slow) and also sells computers (worse case scenario) but he was not pushy at all. In the end he was able to fix my computer in under an hour. He also set up my C Cleaner so that it ran automatically every time I restarted my computer! I am thrilled with his service, professionalism and reasonable pricing! He will be my first call the next time I have any computer issues.

My wife reached out to Eldon yesterday morning to see if he could look at her laptop which had quit working a day earlier. She is lost without it so was extremely happy when she was able to take it in yesterday morning. He worked on it while she waited which was not expected at all. He has her up and running again and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be looking to him again when needed.

I ran into problems with my laptop where nothing was responding at all. Within minutes of arriving he started checking out the system and let me watch the entire process and explained what he was doing to diagnose the problem. He ensured that all my files were saved so that they wouldn't be lost. He was extremely polite and had my laptop completely ready within 2 hours! Highly recommended!

Eldon has been our IT for 15 years now...maybe longer. Built us a solid state PC that is the fastest unit I've EVER experienced. Boots up in seconds. As well he's helped with a 500G or larger perhaps, external HD that automatically backs up every file, doc, photo or video.
