The representatives from this organization, who had been booked to do an initial assessment/meeting, failed to show up on two consecutive occasions, leaving my elderly parents waiting in vain for hours.No apology was ever received.I and my entire family are very disappointed by this company’s unreliability.

The name Nurse Next Door is very misleading! Many of their employees are not even registered care aids. Most are care aides or companions.I am wheelchair bound as the result of a spinal cord injury. I require assistance getting into and out of bed every day. For over a month Nurse Next Door has not provided any weekend care for me. One of their employees was willing to step up and work overtime to assist me. His manager and the company owner forbade him from working overtime.I received very cold impersonal emails from Kamloops based franchisee Dayna Frame apologizing for the inconvenience". Leaving a paraplegic without care for three consecutive visits is much more than a mere inconvenience!To add insult to injury
