we are able to be attended to without an appointment. the pricing was very fair. the hair cutter did not rush doing our hair and was very pleasant. there are also children books that my kid liked while waiting.the facility is neat and clean and it is conveniently inside the mall, and we went shopping right after.

Worst hair cut ever, shouldn’t have paid because the service was that bad but was still $50 hair cut for nothing. Had to go get another hair cut to fix the mess she did and the lady at the other place couldn’t believe how bad it was. 10/10 don’t recommend this place

Been going to this place for years and I don’t usually write reviews but this is the last time I will be going. The hairdresser was very unfriendly and made me feel like I was a total inconvenience! I wear glasses and did not notice till I got to my car she did not comb it after the hair cut. The service from this place has gone completely down hill and i will definitely not be back!

I am extremely disappointed with my haircut experience at HairToday, and I want to share my experience.Firstly, the hairstylist completely disregarded my instructions and cut my hair shorter than I had requested, which left me feeling very dissatisfied.To make matters worse, during the haircut, the hairstylist forcefully pushed my head with the electric trimmer, causing discomfort and unease.Lastly, she abruptly ended the haircut without completing it and failed to clean the stray hair off my face and neck. This lack of attention to detail is highly disappointing, especially considering the $31 I paid for the service.I hope that HairTday takes customer needs seriously and provides high-quality service. I believe I should not be charged for such an experience.I hope my complaint receives your attention.

Absolutely terrible experience!!!!My sons VERY FIRST cut and she was so cold and mean.Thanks for making my sons first hair cut the worst experience.Won’t be back ever again!

Bad experience, 1st time going there and they cancelled my appointment because they let someone go in front of me for being a couple minutes late, then started saying it’s my fault when I asked about the website.I will not return here because of the blatant rudeness

I've had better service here before.Past 2 visits the hairdresser just seemed like they could care less about me or their job.Pretty expensive for a basic mens cut, no product, minimal cutting, no shaving was 30 bucks, and the hairdresser stood at the till staring me down when the machine was asking about a tip.Feel like I was pressured into tipping. When the service didn't warrant it.

The length taken off was correct but the style of the cut had me looking like lord farquad. The bangs extended alittle too far towards my ears I only wanted them that short in the middle not completely ear to ear. The price to look like lord farquad was alittle over 40$.I asked for face framing but it’s just very blunt with no layering. She may have removed so much because I DID tell her to remove my damaged stringy parts which around my face there was many. She was very nice. Probably doesn’t help my friends said I look like Dora the explorer. I know it may grow out a bit and I knew it would be short I just wish it wasn’t so bluntly cut. The price was too much but stylist was very nice

Today I went to Air Today Mall Barbers to return a traditional shaving kit because the brush fell apart after 4 uses. I was told that because it was used they wouldn't return or exchange it I even had the original box and receipt. At purchase I wasn't told that it was final sale, it wasn't noted on the bill, and remember I said the brush fell apart, none of this mattered. What kind of customer service is this? I will go further and report this to the product company and see if they will at least help me. I shopped local this Christmas on purpose, Amazon would have returned this defective item. I won't make the mistake and spend money at this business again.
