We loved it from start to finish. We did an evening Aika cycle and it was magical as the sun went down and that night I had the best sleep in ages.The surroundings are amazing and from the moment you arrive the focus is on your mindfulness and relaxation. I very highly recommend Aika and definitely plan to visit again.

So happy my parents gifted me and my partner with this incredible experience for two at the AIKA spa Squamish Creekside location! It was beautiful walking into a private oasis and being greeted by Tristan & Christine! We felt super welcomed. Christine was there with us and took amazing care, her breathing exercises helped me fully embrace the cold therapy. It was our first time doing hot and cold therapy and will definitely be back again at AIKA! The location was absolutely stunning and peaceful. Greatly enjoyed the cheese board and tea as well! Highly recommend this to anyone and everyone, I will be spreading the word and sharing photos/videos! Thank you AIKA!

We booked AIKA for a girls day out and it was an amazing experience! For many of us it was our first time doing a cold plunge. The facilitator was fantastic. With the perfect amount of encouragement we all did it! It was so nice to have the place all to ourselves where we could chat, laugh or just be still. I highly recommended getting the fire burning hot tub and trying a cold plunge in the creek. We will definitely be booking another visit soon!! Thank you AIKA team!

The hot spring is in the middle of the forest. We rotated a cycle of sauna, cold plunge either in the creek or bath and then relax around the fire with tea. I felt relaxed and connected to the nature around me I went to the “social” session with 6 different people. It was lovely connecting with others. I felt socially stimulated after. Tristan was so friendly and a great person to teach us about their practices and why they are important.

I loved my time at Aika, just before the New Year. It’s in a stunning location in the Squamish Valley. The sauna was hot & lovely & the cold tubs were a good challenge, that enhanced the whole experience. A bunch of girlfriends gathered to celebrate one of our birthdays. It was perfect! And the charcuterie plate was as delicious as it was artfully beautiful!

This place is a hidden gem. The owner was super friendly and accommodating. The views were amazing. Imagine yourself surrounded by mountains in an ice bath. Too cold? How about being in a steamy eucalyptus oil sauna instead? Too hot? Go try the chilled bath instead; it’s the best feature. This could be you and your closest friends!

This was our second visit to AIKA and our first visit at the creekside location. Creekside really allows you to feel supported by the natural surroundings of mossy covered boulders and thick overhang of trees. A perfect location nestled in the mountainside to do a hot/cold cycle. I definitely recommend trying a dip in the creek! Joining in on the social is a great way to go for smaller groups, and we met very friendly people during ours. Lastly, the lovely staff! Tristan is always super welcoming and highly knowledgeable, and if it wasn’t for Greta, I am not sure I could have lasted in the cold tub as long as I did. Big thank you to AIKA, we will be back!

Had an amazing time at Aika Spa. Was super clean and relaxing. We had an amazing breath work facilitator Tristan, delicious charcuterie and tea, and a relaxing cycle through the sauna, cold plunges, rest tent, and wood-fired hot tub. Definitely recommend!

We came here for my bachelorette party and it was the absolute best! We had so much fun but also got to decompress and relax. The sauna/ice bath are so fun if you’ve never done them before. The hot tub is perfection and then to be able to dip in the river is just an added bonus. Highly recommend!

The AIKA spa experience for my group was 100/10! I brought in a large group and the AIKA staff could not have been more accommodating, welcoming, and flexible to our needs. The treatment from the time you book to the time you head out is star quality and you feel so taken care of. Thank you so much to the owners and our fantastic on site leader Tina for the unreal experience. We will definitely be back!
