Horrible, called them at 11:00 to order food but they told me that their kitchen was closed and cut the phone on me before I was finished speaking. They are falsely advertising that they are open till 12am, very rude and disrespectful, will never come to this place and it was my first time calling.

I'm a vegetarian so I ordered a falafel donair with a side of potatoes. I don't normally enjoy falafel but this one was sooo good!! The side of potatoes were absolutely delicious. I'm really impressed with the sauces and the freshness of all the food. Will definitely be back!

Just ordered a beef platter for pick up for the first time and it wasn't what I had expected. Aside from being overpriced, I had to pay extra for humus, the meat has no flavor, it comes with bread but no dipping sauce and the portion size is small for the price.The hot sauce was VERY spicy which some would like but the paprika or smoked flavor doesn't blend well with the rest of it IMO. I may give them another chance in the future. Picture looks better than it tastes.

I had the chicken donair & hummus and pita.The bread was very fresh and the chicken was well marinated. Not overdone on the toppings which keeps the donair really light and easy to eat. Not sure if they make the hummus in house, but it tasted homemade. Probably would have liked to see a bit more sauce in the donair, especially because you pay extra for them. But all in all good quality ingredients and good quality food. Definitely going to eat here again.

Worst ever $13.5 spent on something sold in the name of a wrap!A super hungry me looked up for a Falafel place near by (opened till late as it was 10pm already) and Ali’s Authentic Donair came up. First of, the place isn’t called that anymore but Dine Hall. When I enquired about the same I was told the name has changed but the menu is the same, 4.5 star rated!I asked for a falafel wrap and the server suggested I should try their Paneer instead and went ahead with it!The bread was cold and not even pita i think,Too much sauce, unbeatably tangy and spicy the salads were not cut properly, onions and cucumber had its rough n shiny outer skin which added to the bad taste. I have never been so angry and disappointed with food! I broke my 5hrs’ fast with that thing! Couldn’t eat it. Wiped the bread off all the veggies and sauces, and had the pieces of Paneer and some bread. Paneer pieces were the only eatable thing. Couldn’t sleep well due to burning sensation in my stomach and ended up throwing up this morning.

Well first and foremost the package arrived missing order items that I had paid for so clearly people aren't paying attention. First red flag. Then the donair was really just bland there was no flavor whatsoever I've had better meat out of a can and the sauce was there even sauce on this? Would not order again.

Not as advertised. This is not a Donair place AT ALL. They don't even have Donair wraps. Their 'pita bread' is literally just bread, and it doesn't go with their asswater hummas at all.This is a bunch of food places all rolled into one for online pickup orders only. No dine-in opinion, nowhere to park, overpriced, feels sketchy, takes a long time to get the food. None of this was represented accurately online.Never coming back. I won't support a business that's whole model is based around deception. Even if the food was tasty I wouldn't award a second star.

Very authentic donair. Big portions. The beef is so tender and the chicken is amazing too—falafel generally isn’t my thing but I had a bit of my partner’s and it was actually really good too! The sauces bring it all together. Sweet sauce, garlic sauce, tzatziki, tahini sauce are all so good but the real winner is the hot sauce. Pita is so fresh too. Overall the food exceeded my expectations. Will be back!

So happy that we tried this out on Doordash, we've ordered three more times since! My husband loves the chicken donair and they have something called Donair Fries that they recently added which he's now obsessed with. I'm vegan so I had the falafel salad with the hummus and I couldn't have been happier with my meal. I love the hummus so much I ordered the hummus and pita as side in my next order. You can tell the pita is definitely made in house, it's perfect!

Ordered Chicken platter through Uber eats. Came with no sauce. Pitta was supposed to come with tazziki got nothing. Mentioned will include Greek salad wasn't included. Called restaurant twice they didn't answer phone even though they were open. Won't be ordering here ever again, won't recommend to anyone.
