The front desk receptionist may be burnt out or just blunt. A lot of people seemed to take that personally.She still got me in quickly and then Maria took my blood and was great at it. I'd go back.

It's too bad so many people have had a bad experience here, mine was the complete opposite. I found the front reception to be very nice, helpful and dealt with me as soon as I came in. The woman who took my blood was equally as nice but it was quite painful this time around. Also, everyone who complains about long waits - make an appointment, it's much easier and faster.

Horrible experience this morning, lady at the front desk was Catrine K.Here is the story. I had an appointment at 9:20. I was there at 9:15 but the lady at the front desk (other Cathrine K) was behind there were two people ahead of me one was for drooping of the sample. She did check in with me at 9:25. Then in the waiting room only we were two people. Catherine comes and she said me to go to room No 2. I was there for 15 minutes, they attend to 4 people who were coming after me one of them has an appointment at 11 am but Catherine K purposely did this to me she was looking at me weird when I was in the waiting room .this was discrimination, it's not kind at all. She purplosly sends me to Room 2 instead of room 4 because I had an ECG test. Only room 4 has ECG TEST MACHINE.

I have never seen a lab so disorganized, chaotic and not care about the patients that were walking in to get testing done.Just because you may be having a bad day doesn't mean it's okay to take it out on patients with your rude, dismissive ways.The only saving grace for this clinic was the lab tech (idk remember her name, unfortunately) who came to take my blood. Someone who actually took a second to say hi and check that all was okay, which it wasn't.She was kind and what I would expect from someone working in this field. She seen what was going really wrong with me and helped me out in the situation I found myself in until all was well enough to take my blood. Thank you so much. You, I would give 10 stars to if I could.It was the person at the front desk that made everything much worse than it had to be with such a nasty attitude. I could see why people were walking out before getting their tests done with someone like that when you 1st walk in.To the lab tech who took my blood, 10 stars. To the 1 at the front desk, -10 stars.

Very nice and friendly staff.Went as a walk-in. Hardly took 15 mins.

Somaya is the most qualified phlebotomists I have ever come across. She is gentle, precise and super quick. Today I found out she has 18 years experience. I guess that says it all. She is also a kind and caring person. Thank you Somaya. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a horrible place!! I took my 6-month-old baby for a blood test. I wait a long time, even though I made an appointment, the lab technician was unqualified, unorganized. Tha assistant dropped the test tube on the floor, picked it up and intended to take blood from it. She had to take blood from a vein, for almost a minute she tried to find a vein in my child, while talking loudly and laughing, and my son cried from pain and from the fact that she scared him with her loud laughter. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will never go there again!! If I could put 0, I would!

They took blood from a vein, and hit a nerve! There was terrible pain. And in the end, they did not do the test that I needed. They sent results for the wrong test!!!! It's just a disgusting lab.

Front desk receptionist was absolutely horrendous. Did not greet ANY customers for up to 7 minutes before I finally spoke up. Stated she was concentrating" and then went back to her task for another 3 minutes before asking how she could help or even acknowledge me. No organization. Customers coming in the doors while the waiting room was already full. She would yell for them not to come in. Absolutely no customer service skills. Upon FINALLY being brought in I waited easily another 20 minutes in the space before getting blood.The lab tech was cold and unenthusiastic.I will absolutely choose to go ANYWHERE else after dealing with the unprofessionalism that this location showed.Save your time and go to the location on Hespeler."
