Front desk was not helpful and actually quite rude. This lab has very limited hours and does not accept walk ins. Not a good representation of a community service.

Called for an appointment, desk agent didn’t even look in a computer or offer times. She simply said over a 5 week wait. Very rude, like I inconvenienced them.
