Friendly employees. Arie R helped us through the entire process and was very welcoming. Test drove many models from this dealership, but ultimately didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle. There was no pressure throughout. Definitely left a positive impression and will come back once I’ve decided I’m ready to purchase.

Jesse was amazing to deal with! I’ve been looking for a car for the past few months and I finally found the one because of him. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had and treated me with respect which other dealerships did not in Sudbury. I can’t wait for the cross trek to come in and I’m glad I had Jesse I thought I’d lost hope finding an all wheel drive vehicle within my budget but he made it happen.

Had a wheel bearing go on my Subaru. Customer service (thanks Fred and Shauna I believe their names were)was great and they were very accommodating to my work schedule. Was covered under warranty and had no problems with it. They sent me a video of my vehicle on the hoist with the problem. Came back to a clean and freshly washed car free of charge. Very pleased with my experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Arie Ram at Palladino Subaru, he went out of his way to get me exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. Even though they stopped making the Crosstrek sport in manual he managed to get me one of the last ones and even in the colour I wanted. I'm so happy and grateful.The whole staff at Palladino Subaru are great everyone is friendly and willing to help in every way. If you are going to buy a vehicle I recommend working with the staff at Palladino Subaru to get you exactly what you want and need.

This is our first Subaru. All staff were very courteous and friendly and made our shopping experience fantastic. They were always there to answer all questions we had. They took the extra time to find the tires we wanted and removed all stress related to this process. 100% satisfied. Absolutely recommend this dealership. I absolutely love my Subaru. IT’s everything I wanted in a car and more. I wish I could the same for the service. I waited 7 months for my care to arrive, I expected this, however, it was the lack of communication from the sales department that was disappointing as I felt I was the one calling and asking for for information. I felt after I paid the deposit that I was forgotten about. But here I am, finally an owner. I picked it up 7 months ago. And absolutely love it. Sales department forgiven and I moved on the ownership post sales era.Eight weeks after I brought my Subaru home, someone hit my front bumper. Since it was only December 2022 I thought it be best to wait till spring to get it fixed with insurance. The day before I called the Pallidino dealership I washed the car and found a paint chip and scratches in the paint, again I wasn’t concerned as I have a warranty and I bought the added protection at a hefty cost. But again no worries.April 17, 2023 I then started playing phone tag with the service department, it wasn’t till mid morning on the 19 th that I was finally able to speak with someone about service. Since I was on my way through Sudbury, it was agreed during the phone call that I’ll stop in quickly and have someone from service take photos and I’ll be sent a quote via email or a call. During this call I spoke with ‘S’ and expressed that I felt devalued as a client. The two passengers in my car also heard the big sigh and the apology for feeling that way. I was told it was ‘tire season’ and very busy. I explained again, I live 3.5 hrs away and am being patient and tolerant as a customer and client due to travel time and booking for service. And that I did not care it was tire season, because if in fact I needed ‘tire issues resolved’ I wasn’t getting help anyway.A week passed and again I’m calling the dealership, a couple days of phone tag. Finally I spoke with ‘S’ and explained I still have no quote or direction for service. She assured I would hear back from the individual ‘J’ soon. Meanwhile, since I had ‘S’ on the phone I mentioned that phon calls are not working. Can we use an alternative method to communicate. It was decided that email would be best. I reminded her my email was on file, she asked me to email her to confirm my email. Before ending the conversation she stated I would be ‘Penciled in’ July 13 ( this is day I will be in Sudbury for an event, and the date I asked to have my service done, and was being proactive by arranging service THREE months in advance, again due to travel and my work schedule). Do anyway I did email after the call to confirm my address. it failed as I was given wrong email spelling. I checked several times but regardless it failed. Two days later I received an email from her to confirm my email,,, which was the exact same one I messaged with initially but have no idea what happened. Regardless, I responded to her that she correctly emailed me.Then…I heard nothing back.Another week goes by, no contact from Subaru. I emailed stating no co tact from ‘J’ regarding quote.Another week goes by and I email that it’s been three weeks. Again… no response.. I then called and left message with her manager.. and… I heard nothing.It’s now May 23 and I still have not heard anything. No confirmation of service date. No quote.I even used the dealership message ‘live’ chat and NOTHING …. Seriously… what is a client to do to be acknowledged AND to have service.So the 1 star ⭐️ rating is to reflect that I actually received my car.This experience with Pallidino Sudbury has been the absolute worst car purchase and post sales service I’ve ever had in my lifetime of buying vehicles.I 100% do not recommend this dealership at all. Especially if you live out of the Sudbury district.
