the cashier reney is very rude she slammed the door shut on me and my friend, she also rolled her eyes at us just because we asked for sauce. she needs to be re trained on customer service, i asked for my food to be fresh and she made it seem like she had to go out of her way, only for me to end up with cold food.

Crew constantly cutting of mid sentence not really providing the best customer service, asked specifically for 2 sandwiches 1 Dave doubles combo and then 1 Dave’s single combo in that order. Crew punched in as two singles despite clear order. Showed them my sandwiches took them more them way too long to find my order because the crew didn’t give me a receipt. Definitely not the way to handle situations after figuring out the issue sandwiches were given back to me cold without even offering to change them

Costs way too much for my family of six to eat here but just buying two happy meals is comparable to other fast food restaurants. I prefer this over other fast food restaurants and my youngest son won’t eat nuggets for anywhere else!

Beware: this location has increased prices of the menu items significantly.We went to another Wendy’s in Mississauga recently and they were charging cheaper prices for the same items. It’s surprising because this usually doesn’t happen with franchise restaurants like Tim’s, Subway, etc.

Sunday evening, my boyfriend and I decided to order Wendy’s for dinner. Order arrived pretty quickly and with in no time, began eating.I ordered a Asiago Chicken Club, never had a problem with this sandwich. Without even the caution to have to check my food, ate half of my sandwich and spit out a piece of raw meat.The entire centre of the chicken is completely raw. I had already consumed 50% of it, I felt sick and could not enjoy the other items that were prepared well.My boyfriend could not continue to eat either as the whole incident made him lose his appetite.If there’s anything you can do as this is a serious matter of food safety issue.

Food was not up to par. The baked potato we received was not hot. It was only warm. The cheese curds in the poutine tasted like it was going bad. The fries and the chicken patty in my spicy chicken sandwich tasted like it was fried in old oil. Strawberry lemonade was good at least. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.

Worst store ever. Gave us chilli french fries with beef on it and didn't even mentioned that it has beef on it. Not even the menu mentioned it. When we specifically ask them if they sell halal meat the person who was taking order didn't even knew what hallal is. Atleast he could have asked us or somebody for that. So the first customer who is thinking to try this chilli french fries apparently chilli" means "beef" in Wendy. be aware. The worst thing is they don't even apologize for their mistake. They just literally asked us that "you want me to tell every customer that it has beef on it" yeah you shud ask bcux if the person is new and when it is not mentioned in your menu that it has beef in it

WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED!!RIP OFF!!!not to mention the manager laughing in my face when I asked for my 6 strips of bacon advertised for the baconator breakfast combo that advertises *6 strips of bacon*He said “it’s 6 pieces of bacon, 2 strips cut into 6 pieces” FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
