Had a great experience here going in to get fabric to reupholster some furniture. A lady named Alessia helped us with all the measurements. She was extremely patient, kind and helpful. Would go back to this location for sure!

Standing in the store as I'm writing this. I've been standing at the cutting table for 20 minutes waiting while all the employees chit chat with the old folks. Talking about weather and the Blue Jays.....I had to go around the store three times to every single cutting table until somebody finally realized that I was thereI could have gone to Hamilton and been back in the time it took to get someone's attention.

Yup, the name says it all! And boy do they have a selection too! Prices are very good too. A number of items on sale at what I think are very good.I am working on a small project and needed some felt or velvet to line the inside. Didn't exactly know what I was looking for, but I found it! Vienna velvet.There is plenty of parking, but watch for the entrance because it is a bit hidden by a business right beside it.Staff is more than willing to help out and guide you through the process. I needed some help since I do not work with fabric very often.If I do need some more fabric, or anything related to clothing, buttons, zippers, etc , I know where to go. Fabricland!

Horrible service . If I had an option to give it 0 stars or lower, I will give it -100 stars. As soon as I walked in and some old lady with grey and greenish blueish hair started following me and my family, She gave us dirty looks, racially profiled us and thought we were going to steal something. She angirly spoke to the lovely young lady who was attending to us and I didn’t like her rude, dismissive and disrespectful attitude towards other customers at the store. Never going to this store ever again especially as an ethnic minority. if you can’t treat your customers with respect then why should I come to your store and give you my hard earned money

This Fabricland location has THE nicest staff. Today Susan stayed on the phone with me foreverrr to help me answer my obscure question about fusible foam.I know I can expect really fast processing times and a very smooth process during curbside pickups.I miss the inside of the store, but for now they're doing great at updating the catalogues with amazing deals!

I use a wheelchair and the store is jam packed so space to maneuver is very limited. I came close several times to knocking over entire tables of bolts of fabric. The door to enter is automatic, yeah!! But pretty narrow.Prices are not cheap, but luckily what I needed was 50% off. The other thing I needed was not available, although they had stock in the size bigger and size smaller (dimension of elastic cord in black).The furnishing side of the store has some pretty cool curtains and cushion covers.
