Helpful for a newbie. Went in asking about RC Cars, Trucks and Batteries and had a great experience. Also learned a lot about the differences between Traxxas and Arrma. Never felt pressured to buy anything and was able to make an informed decision. Thanks!

Great service and attention to detail, worked on my 1978 impala station wagon, refurbished my gas tank as we could not find a replacement tank. Great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR CLASSIC CAR MECHANICAL WORK.

We stopped in while in town and can’t stop talking about how much we love this shop and Bernie! His selection of models is outstanding and so nice to see a variety unlike a lot of other shops. Hi Bernie, I must say that I was impressed with your cool place, and I found a cool model car, and I loved your cats. You were very nice and friendly to me, and I appreciate that. The only thing I found negative was some of the reviews, and that a friend of mine said that you were grouchy to him. Other than that, I will return. Please stay positive and keep in mind that you have a cool place!

This was my first experience at Bernie’s. Bob was a huge help finding me a replacement part for my RC car. The shock I broke was on back order but he quickly looked up a substitute that will get me up and running. I will definitely be back.

Treated very poorly here after spending thousands of dollars on RC and car parts dating back some 20 years. Just needed a few parts for my son's remote controlled truck which we bought from him but he was too busy to see if he has any. A simple I'll get back to to later, I'm busy at the moment would have been fine but he proceeded to belittle me about looking for a 5 cent part and how he makes no money on RC stuff, is going broke selling it, I don't doubt it if you treat customers like the way I was just treated.Get your RC stuff at the shop around the corner, they are much nicer people!

If I could give zero I would. I bought a Senton truck a year ago from Bob. Today I went in to ask about warranty work on the motor, which is covered for 2 years. His response it is easier for you to get warranty than me." He said "I have 25000 other things to do
