Wonderful service! It's daunting to look at all the specs and costs of proper night vision equipment but Stephen was very quick, friendly, and thorough with all of my questions. Shipping across the country was quick and easy too, well packaged and everything was perfect right out of the box. Bought a pair of binocular NVGs from these guys, and they were amazing quality for what I paid for. However, what impressed me the most was their customer service. Always quick with their answers when it comes to questions pertaining to NVGs and anything surrounding that field. An amazing Canadian company that I'm happy to support.I would like to also say that I sent back my unit because I saw pepper like debris through the unit, and they promptly serviced it. Thank goodness it was just debris from the housing and no damage was sustained within the intensifier itself. Thank you to Ryan who emailed me and explained the issue.
