Second Beach Swimming Pool

Very affordable swimming pool in Downtown Vancouver and good for family.Make sure to make reservation online during the summer otherwise you will wait in a long line.The front desks are not that friendly and smart to be honest.

Great for the kiddos. My daughter is 3 and the shallow end is perfect for her to learn how to swim. It's not a deep pool with diving boards but the slides are fun and the view is amazing.

Make sure to book online to skip the waiting time. Waited almost 2 hrs to get in & worth the wait. Tickets are cheap but sells quickly. Kids love this pool. Parking near by & also restaurant just outside this pool. No washroom inside but just outside in the restaurant close by

Its beautiful of course, but they don't let you swim all day if that's what you're planning for. You have to get out after something like 2 hours and stand in line if you want to go back in and even then the line can be very long . If you don't get back in right away you might have to wait. I think it's that way for all the out door parks that are tourist sites for Vancouver. Like in a registered parks area like Stanley park or any of the other ones that are directly next to ocean.

Great pool for your kids. Parking is near by and also a great park for before or after the swim. Make sure to book online ad they go fast. Water was heated and very refreshing. Water slides are open and a great addition to the pool. They have a good time slot time and is enough for great family fun. If you didn't bring any snack they do have a near by concession with burgers, chicken strips and fish tacos if you desire. They also have lattes and icecream if you need a mid day pick me up.

Sessions are limited to 2.5 hours.On July 4th, I stood in a long line for an hour with no progress. It’s frustrating when your paid time gets reduced due to a late kids' group and staff members not being productive.Before COVID, you could come and leave at any time, paying the same amount.Very disappointed! Change your policies or hire more stuff to be more productive

One of the best pool I have ever visited. Great views. Spacious enough. Perfect for family. Value for money. Highly recommended.

Our family is visiting from Toronto and weather was perfect on this June date to try the Stanley park outdoor swim pool. Getting here via cab was easy and the leisure swim session opened at 9:45 am. $14 got us in as a family of four and the pool was offering a lot of fun for my kids. Lane swim was available on one side of the pool and two water slides were open for the kids. The large pool area allowed the kids to have a great time. Be warned getting out as visitor without a car can be challenging, no cab were in the area and Uber cancelled on us several times. We ended up walking out of the park before connecting for a ride

We had amazing time in this beautiful pool. There are specific times to choose when paying to sign in. Everyone need to go out when the time is over. The pool is quiet and not crowded thanks to it. There is beautiful view of the beach. There are lockers, sideboard, wardrobes and washrooms. Outside there is a nice playground for kids. Highly recommended.
