We just went in looking for a coat, we were approached one after another by 3 sales associates (the store was empty and they were standing together so they saw one another) asking if we need help. We politely said no thank you

They have nice quality menswear but unless you weigh 100 pounds their fitment size on items doesn't relate to most people who are bigger. I tried on a couple sweaters one extra large which is usually my size...too small. It felt like a small. Then tried XXL ..there was literally no difference in size smh. Wish they would have more realistic sizes

I wish I had read the reviews. They don't do alterations on time. We bought a suit for my fiance for our engagement party and they said it would need 3 weeks. We double confirmed as the date would be the day before our engagement party. The day we went to pick it up they were first unable to find it for 30 mins and when they did find it it had not been tailored. They said we could pick it up at the end of the day. They made excuses that it was not done because of the long weekend the previous week. We noticed too late that the alterations had never been done. My fiance wore it to our engagement party as is and it looked extremely sloppy as the pants and sleeves were too long. This was a milestone event for us. We paid for these alterations. I would stay away and go to moores instead. Better quality suits for similar prices and more professionalism

If your neck is 17 the slimmest fit is going to be a balloon unless you're totally obese. I'm not in peak shape and these were still hot air balloons on me. But don't worry they will suggest a tailor."

The place is allergic to their phone. I called them from within the store 3 times and no one purposefully picked up. No one was busy. Only redeeming thing about the store is the employee Agum (apologies if I misspelled) she was able to help me out and was simply the best. Also Shauria was nice to chat with. Ali was also able to take care of my issueAlso there was a brother with a turban. And I love my south asian brothers but he smelled very bad. It was difficult whenever he walked by or stood by the cash.

I came from Vancouver to Mississauga for some work, and I got several interviews for some universities for further studies. I was not prepared for this, and I desperately needed a suit; So I went to one store and they did not have my 'popular' size. Finally, I went to Tip Top Tailors. I was beyond impressed. Ali immediately helped me, understood what I wanted, and got exactly what I needed. Ali was very understanding of my expectations, and my frustrations in the process. Several people in the store needed him at the same time (not surprising at all). He was able to go around, multitask, and help everyone. I highly recommend Tip Top Tailors, and especially Ali (sales clerk, manager). He has excellent taste, and is an excellent customer friendly sales clerk. Thank you Tip Top Tailors!

Worst experience ever. Waited for over 20 minutes in line to pay, while the sales people socialized for so long with the customer in front of us. They didn't even call someone else to help, if they're chatting. They kept talking and ignoring us, it felt humiliating. It wasn't even busy. No clue why they didn't call on another employee to assist.We dropped our items right on the counter and left . Never getting my business again.

Worst costumer service soon as we walked in I ask lady if they had 2xL dress shirt half sleeved lady replied no we only have shirts for bigger fat people.. it seemed like she didn't want to help us. I also noticed everything was way over priced ! !

Mary Jane was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was super helpful to all signers in the store even while being short staffed. Made shopping for some family super easy!

WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE. I went to buy a suit for my engagement, first of all the manger was very harsh and I had to literally tell him couple times that “this is how i want my fit”, wanted me to pay $100 extra for pants because they don’t have it on deal and told me that he will refund. Why would a customer pay extra when he came to get a deal? Anyways, I didn’t even get my suit ready on the date he promised. Not even few days after. I asked for refund, i had to go to the store three times. I kept calling and every time i called i was just told to wait or call back later. I’m really disappointed with the service. Other staff was nice and helpful but the manager named Ali was terrible. I would never recommend anyone to go but anything from him. Good luck.
