Nicole was my hair stylist and it seemed as though she was still learning, uneven haircut and the style afterwards wasn’t great, but they brought me back and fixed everything up and the staff was very kind for that

Awesome haircut, Super polite staff, And a good price. They just hired a new guy, Varun was his name I believe and Easy to say hes got a new regular because it was very professionally done and it looks great. Definitely been sleeping on first choice and will be going back for sure.

Getting pretty pricy for a cheap alternative to a professional salon. Also hard to make an appointment with staff not answering the phone and the online site always down. Cuts are always good and staff is always friendly and polite. 5 stars to staff.

I used to come to this location all the time for my haircuts. They provided me with excellent service and excellent customer service. I noticed this past year maybe 2, things have been progressively doing downhill, maybe new not so good management. The reason why I say this, I saw the regular hairstylists one by one leave and then they were all gone, and the last time I walked in was in March 2022. The one person left being the reason why I was faithfully coming here said they were going to be off on Maternity leave soon. I came here because they made me feel appreciated, and made me feel like part of the family". The new crowd

I have been going here for a few years and I am never disappointed. I only use Jessica because I have had the best experience with her. She is fantastic and always does a great job. She is friendly and always remembers about my allergies and takes that into account when using products or suggestion new ones to try. I recommend Jessica and this salon.

Booked for wash and cut, no wash too busy, uneven cut , because done in minutes, did not clean up the straight line hair on the neck,. Utensils poked and dropped on face. When using blow dryer to remove cut hair burnt scalp. No communication sit down shut up and get out
