Cannot say enough great things about Informed Inspections. We used them for the first time in buying a house and were extremely satisfied with their services. Neil worked with our schedules to get an inspection completed in a timely manner. He did a thorough job inspecting the prospective house and highlighting additional concerns we missed ourselves. He was able to explain things in an easy to understand manner and honestly was a fun guy to work with. Haden't had such a positive inspection experience before. He was aware I am a first time home buyer with limited knowledge, but made sure to go through the entire house and explained to me the necessary details very clearly.
