PACE CARDIOLOGY (BARRIE)

So far I have had a really great experience with PACE Barrie. I have undergone several tests with them and everyone who has helped me has been very personable and efficient. Some of the tests can be a bit awkward, especially for a female but every attempt to make it less uncomfortable was taken. I really appreciated that.Thanks PACE Barrie! You guys are amazing!!

I went for my stress test appointment today and I was 15 minutes early and this is how it went down.- Showed up early for appointment, girl had a hard time finding my name. Finally found it and was told to sit down and wait.- A lady came in upset that she was late, or missed her appointment. She had a red shopping bag with a change of clothes for a stress test I assume.- One of the office staff with the long dark hair want down the hall to talk to the technician and they both came back together discussing something.- Next the technician came a got the lady and brought her to the back.- So, I'm thinking that I'm going to be pushed forward. But instead, 15 minutes later I'm called up to the desk and told by the girl with the long black hair that I would have to reschedule my appointment due to a technician problem.- I called her out on the fact that it appeared to me that my appointment was given to the lady that was late for hers. I was not impressed with her attitude and lack of respect for my time.- I do not appreciate having to take a holiday day from work, drive the hour and a half, and the cost of gas.I found this to be highly unprofessional.Pat.

Dreadful service, no one answers phones, no one gets back to you. Feels like no one cares.

was not given a requisition for blood work was called and told I was to come back in to get requisition. When I got there I had to wait 10 minutes while receptionist sorted out a mistake involving another couple. I spoke up and she paid me some attention. She was the woman I spoke to after the ultrasound but she stated it wasn't her. I was very pleased with the tech that had to screw up both arms in her inept attempt to get a sample. It was sort of stick in the needle and move it around in an effort to hit something.

First impression...Difficult to get through if you miss that initial call.Wait times on phone are long.Appointments are done in a timely manner.

I am only reviewing their appointment booking service centre. I received a voicemail to call and book. I called was prompted and put on hold over 5 minutes while at work. Hung up called back, waited on hold another 5 finally got a person. We booked a time and she proceeded to give me the address location for the test. Totally unfamiliar with this I said where is this located - Not even in my city and the requisition clearly told her my location. She then provided the right city and location. I hope they see my review and change their appointment booking system. Left me feeling very uncertain.

Front counter girl was very friendly and efficient. However the other girl at the front desk (dark hair) was too busy having a personal conversation on her phone. As I was waiting a young lady comes out and calls for a name in a very low voice. You could not Understand her. No one answers so she takes the next person.She comes back out and calls again in a very low voice..I finally spoke up and asked her if she was trying to say my name. We determined she was.My issue is this..I have a very simple name and she was way off.and the fact that you could not understand her.especially in her extremely low voice., i was not impressed.I don't have an issue with others, but when you work with the public, be proficient in our English language and speak louder.

Absolutely disgusting and inhuman!! They refused to do my appointment, which I was waiting long time,kicked me out just because I said that I cant wear a mask!!! I'm sure I wont be going there ever again!!

I did my holter test & waited for 3 weeks for them to fax the results to my family Dr. Phone system is so bad no one will answer the calls

Reception leaves a lot to be desired gavewrong directions on the locationGave a hard time when I asked for a travel grant . Some one else was in the waiting area to see a doctor and must have been there a long time when she enquired how much longer was informed the doctor would phone in two weeks .when I was trying to fined the place I phoned and left a message and no one returned my call I will never accept an appointment here again
