Earthco Soil Mixtures

I ordered 5 yards of their Premium Organic Mix and I got a much inferior product. What I received contains thousands of small bits of hard plastic, not to mention thousands of pieces of plastic bags. I also got bits of chewed up tire. But what made me complain was that I got tons of large clay bits that the 1/4 inch sieve they are supposed to use was to eliminate. I know I received the wrong order because it was not the same product as I had ordered a few years previously. I also know that I received the wrong order because when I gave them the order number they gave me a completely different delivery address. The soil technician was nice about it and he gave me a full refund but they never admitted to mixing up their orders.And they most likely lied to me when I requested that they come and take this off my driveway when they said their front end loader cannot be delivered to my address. Not a reputable company in my opinion.

Soil looks rich & is loose when dry, turns to concrete once wet! They mix on site but fail to add sand to loosen up all the clay. I had to buy 5 bags of sand to fix our flower beds!!!

BE AWARE!!! Purchased 4 tons of Premium soil from Earthco on April 13, 2017 and after the first rain it turn into SAND and CLAY. This is a scam!!! Do not buy from them!

We have ordered well over a 100+ yards of top Soil for multiple installs and we have never had any issues with Earthco AAA++Thanks !!!!!

I called a few places before ordering 25 yards and another 25 yards of mulch from this company.I spoke with Christina F both times....she was extremely helpful and very on point with explaining the pricing and order process. She was also amazing at coordinating the delivery as my client did not want the delivery truck on their driveway.Caroline G confirmed both order details and her follow up phone calls were right on schedule!Victor in dispatch was also right on time with his morning phone calls to confirm delivery time and delivery address.The delivery driver..... I think his name was Escogee was awesome.... He waited for me to arrive before dumping the mulch and was also very accommodating with my clients particular instructions.The mulch product was very good quality. My client was very very happy.I was also very impressed at how each person in different departments were on the same page" and this is why the company runs like "clockwork"!Overall

Ordered 10 yards of soil for our lawn before laying down new sod. The soil arrived on time and the driver expertly spread it throughout the yard. He was extremely helpful in pushing out the soil as far as he could it and it saved us hours of laborious shoveling and moving. The soil quality was excellent and our new grass has thrived well of it. We would definitely recommend!

I purchased 5 yard of soil from them for garden beds. Before this I was planting on the ground and it was doing very well just was a bit messy. Thought garden bed will make the yard look nicer and produce good yield as before. None of my vegetables are gorwing!!! They told me their triple mix is meant for garden beds and amazing for vegetables. The soil looked really good but it sucks. It was a lot of work to fill all the beds with the soil. I have no idea what to do now, it's too much soil for me to replace or even return. It wasn't cheap either, really frustrated!!!! The picture is after 2 months, previous years it was fully grown in 2 months!

Far too expensive to be competitive.

I ordered organic premium soil from this company but instead received the lowest grade soil" compiled with plastic pieces and other recycled materials. Tried to contact their customer service several times requesting to replace my order or at least to refund. Customer service representative Richard Outer kept insisting that I ordered triple mix even though my invoice clearly says I ordered premium mix.
