I’ve worked at Tim Hortons before so I know the drill. However, honestly there’s no excuse for poor behaviour - especially when customers are present to hear. Let me preface by saying I’m not a “little school kid”. I’m twenty years old, and I’m taking my bike out on a hot day. I came in and asked for a chocolate chip cookie and a large glass of ice water, because it is a hot day— and I’m a little tired. Only to be given the smallest cup of ice water (when I’ve asked for them before and gotten a big glass). Not that it is any of your business but I don’t have a lot of money right now for an expensive Tim Hortons drink to win your approval and win your respect. I don’t care what someone orders, you don’t have a right to disrespect them or treat them like they don’t matter. Especially if you assume and think that they are children. Do better.

By far the worst in town, we were refused a drink because it was to difficult to make, during open hours the doors were locked and “posted” drive through only. Brutal customer service. Very little staff for efficient service. If I could give a -5 star review I would.

Very friendly service, employees are helpful and kind. Quick and efficient with getting orders done. Just wish there was more product on the weekends. It’s looking amazing after the recent renovations! I see the staff are really trying!

Literally forgot my order seconds after I ordered it and then when I asked for my food they seemed confused. Finally got my order and it was wrong. Totally the worst tims, just drive to a different one.

Service was quick enough even during rush hour. Can get very busy in the mornings and late afternoons though. They also seem to close the inside in the afternoon due to limited staffing so be prepared for drive thru only.

Honestly this place has gone down hill. They have screwed up my order so many times. And in the past i would just deal with it. However today when I received the wrong item I went back to get the right one. They weren’t able to make it for me as they didn’t have the right bagels. So I asked for a refund and had to wait for them to find my order in the system. When they could I was told there was not much they could do unless I had a receipt. However they don’t give receipts through drive thrus. So now I’m out the money and out the food I ordered ☹️

Be prepared to wait up to 15 minutes for your food if you don't use drive thru...Also consistency doesn't happen here.Coffee never tastes the same.
