Ive had 3 different Gastrointestinal specialists in the last 10 years, ( 1 retired and 1was awful), Dr. Khalil is not only the best of the three but my favorite doctor among any i have met. He will sit as long as you need and go over any questions with great detail. His reception staff are strict but very personable! Follow the rules and you'll never have a problem :)

Overall not a bad experience. Not the most friendly people in the world but then again that is not their job (to be your friend). Tara at the desk was very helpful and Chris the nurse in recovery were very friendly and personable. The Anesthesiologist was unaware of why I would not want Fentanyl given that I have addiction issues - I thought that rather odd. To end on a positive note, I went to sleep, they did what they had to do, I woke up and it was done - I went home.

I had a good experience with them.The staff is accommodating, the nurses are knowledgeable, and doctors are very thorough. The entire experience was as pleasant as can be in this situation. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

My experience at Southern Ontario Endoscopy Centre was great. The Doctors and Staff are all amazing. The establishment is very clean and very comfortable. I was very nervous when I walked in the doors but within minutes the staff made me feel comfortable and explained everything very clearly which made everything easier to handle.

Radial nerve in my wrist was damaged while staff inserted an IV, only thing they were interested in saying was that it was highly unlikely they did it, and had zero compassion for the fact that I was injured and out of pocket for physio and recovery for something they caused.

The staff here were very professional, from the receptionists to the nurses and Dr Khalil. Very friendly, they explain everything to you along the way. Although medical procedures are never fun, this was completely painless. You are sedated, and wake up like nothing ever happened. If you are referred here by your family doctor, you will be in good hands.

Hey just left ,had a great experience considering.the staff was great from start to finish.this is the second time in 7years for me and I’d go there again if I had to hopefully not .You might not get a better experience elsewhere so take my advice!

My GASTROSCOPY was smooth, easy and in a reasonable amount of time. The Staff is friendly, pleasant and professional and help me to feel relax prior and after the test. I definitely have a great experience in this place ...and it was above my expectations !!!Thanx !!!

Other than a brief delay with the IV, everything went quickly and smoothly. Didn't even realize anything had happened.Overall not nearly as bad as anticipated and I truly didn't think it would be that bad to begin with.
