Their representative (Arthur) was so friendly, helpful, respectful, and took time to explain everything to us!The installers were very professional and took their time explaining everything to us. They cleaned up everything when they finished the job. They phoned us a week after the job was finished to see how we liked the system and asked if we had any problems or questions. They said we could phone them at any time. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful! We like the warranty and maintenance program. We would recommend them to everyone.

Tradewinds Eco Energy Solutions provided a no-pressure quote on a heat exchange unit for our property and later installed the unit. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They even applied for the company rebate on our behalf. We are planning to install another unit through Tradewinds in the future. The unit itself (Mitsubishi) is an amazing unit - whisper quiet and very effective. Our only regret is not getting a unit sooner. Tradewinds also offers an extended warranty with annual cleaning. Excellent company and excellent products & services!

Absolutely amazing, from the first call to the install the men and women involved did an amazing job. Knowledgeable on rebates, to quick turnaround from quote to install. The install went great the 2 techs took great care with the house wearing inside footwear and asking my opinion on if position of the heat pump was okay as there was a stud in the way to have it completely centered. Even took down shutters to make the outside look better. Pet friendly, polite, and hard working. As a lasting note they will 100% get more business from me.

Professional and customer service oriented. Estimator took his time to make sure I was buying the correct size heat pump for my home. He discussed the heat pump, how to use it, what installation would involve, and provided me with a estimate that was easy to understand.The installers were professional and efficient while installing my unit. They were very courteous and explained what they were doing while installing my heat pump, and they made sure that I knew how to operate the unit before they left. They took the time to make sure that the work area was cleaned up before they left. They reminded me that I should call for help if I had any questions. I am very pleased with my heat pump, and would definitely refer other people to this company.

This was the second time in 4 years I had Tradewinds come to install a ductless mini split in my home. The first one was in 2018, and the installation was absolutely the cleanest looking one I had seen up to that point. I had the second one installed this week in my basement, and I again could not be happier. Very professional, on time, and when they leave, you would never know they had been there, with the exception that the house feels a lot more comfortable. As far as service goes , I have my cleaned every year, and time in and time out, when they leave, everything is spotless.

We purchased two heat pumps for our side split. The sales and installation teams were top notch. Too often, the sales side is good but the installers feel like an afterthought. The crew who did our install did an amazing job. They were clean, courteous, and finished both installs ahead of schedule.The *only* criticism I have is that we didn't get a call confirming our appointment until the day before. However, they were at our house at the time agreed to a few weeks prior.One of the best service experiences we've had on PEI.

I recently purchased a 4 way cassette Mitsubishi heat pump from Tradewinds and I'm extremely happy I did. The on-site estimator was very knowledgeable of what was required for my application and their office staff is prompt and courteous. Their team of professional installers did an exceptional job and their attention detail couldn't be better.
