My friend and I were looking for something new to try and I’m so glad we decided for this!! Truly 100/100 food. We tried the 3 course menu and it was more than enough. I was actually sad I couldn’t finish it completely! I wasn’t the biggest fan of the dessert, but the lamb is top tier. Their soup entree is also worth it. I think the only downside was the check out. One of the waiters rudely yanked the POS from my hands and practically threw the receipt on our table. No clue why this reaction so unfortunately that’s why it has 4/5 stars.

The music was too loud as I was sitting underneath the speaker. The service was ok, i think I'm still shocked as we were 8 ppl and asked for napkins and got 4. The food was good but some plates were missing something...either salt or that something special. I mean, overall satisfied, felt stuffed for sure and I'd recommend it to try. You can bring your wine so that's nice. The gigot d'agneau was a bit dry.

Lovely experience of authentic Afghani food in the city. The decor, ambience and music transports one to a mini Kabul-esqe setting. The service was curt and the food was fantastic - Would highly recommend it!

Was recommended to go to this place by a friend. We made reservations which were easy to do..we left a message on VM and they called us back. They were extremely friendly and the service was impeccable. Our host and waiter, Simo, was absolutely GREAT, he answered all our questions and gave great suggestions. Definitely recommend the place, and we'll be back.Of note... they don't have a liquor license. We did not know that till we arrived, however, they encouraged us too get a bottle of wine so you may want to bring what you'd like to drink with you. I went to a liquor store a few blocks away and bought a bottle.

Yesterday was my second time going to this restaurant. The staff members were so kind and caring. The prices were reasonable. The food was amazing!! I took the Table d'hote option. I ordered the Noodle soup, Borani a l'aubergine (eggplant) for starter, and Sabzi chalaw (lamb shank with spinach) for the main dish. The lamb shank was well cooked and so tender! I totally recommend it, especially if you like spinach, Sabzi Chalaw is the best. I would definitely go back again.

I tried Afghan food for the first time and this place was lovely. I loved the kebab. The basmati rice was cooked to perfection. It’s cozy and is a great place to go with friends and have delicious food. They also give you homemade bread which is so soft and the sauce on the side is so goood!

Highly recommend this place for a great meal.Note for non QC folks...you can bring your own wine, no corkage fee. There's a convenience store down the street to buy a bottle if it's last minute. The lamb kebab was bomb...as was the lentil soup. Also had the lamb shank, first item on the menu, which was killer.....the rice was phenomenal. Basically, you won't regret coming here. Great value for this amazing food.
