Service dept was excellent. Brought my Explorer from Ottawa as Kanata Ford could not be bothered to properly fix my car. Two other garages were unable to fix the problem after several days and tests. My normal mechanic suggested I take it to Ford again. So i came here. They had the issue diagnosed and fixed completely in less than 2 hours. They even drove me to the gym and picked me up. I will be back. Excellent Job.

Probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. Bought a used minivan there, which we love, and the air conditioning became spotty after about a week. Called our sales associate about the issue and he was very sympathetic. He told us to bring it in and they would take care of it at no cost. It was a complicated issue and we had to bring it back in a few times, each time at no cost to us and a free loaner car. Once they fixed it, the Sales Manager (Scott) drove it around like his own vehicle for a day or two to make sure there were no more problems. He then filled the tank with gas, took it for a car wash and delivered the car back to our home. As I'm writing this, I realize this isn't probably" the best customer service experience. This is

Website says open til seven, drove from perth to carelton place after work, couldn't pick up my truck from service as they're actually closed at 5. Turned away at the door by sales and told to come back. Very inconvenient after dropping a good chuck of coin at their establishment

CP Ford looks after maintenance and service of the company fan, Lisa and parts have always been accommodating getting me back on the road. Last fall I was looking at the F150, lots of questions answered and no pressure to make my decision and options comfortable. The PDI was not typical as I had also ordered accessories and treatments that took more time than a usual delivery. I can't say enough on how Martin, Anthony, sales, service and parts went over and above to make this happen. They also provided Ford videos and in truck orientation to make sure I drove away confident. They gave me a good price on my trade, I drove away feeling serviced, not sold. The sales staff are great. Dave has been amazing to work with. We ordered a new truck and while we are waiting for delivery of our truck our car went. Dave worked to get us a fair trade in value and made the process stress free and enjoyable.

Bought a new ford wont take gas so I call to bring it in guy tells me well you can drop it off were look it it by the end of the month were booking into late may. Its May 4th so I said ok well you need to give me a loaner its in the contract, nope he says dont have any available. I dont think ive ever seen such a joke of a place. Went to perth they took it right away offered me a loaner.

Brought my F150 in for The Works". Asked them to take care of a factory service regarding the tailgate. Brought in my own oil. Picked up the truck

Was charged $199 plus tax after quoting $140 for an oil change. Get your quotes in writing. Confronted Andrew about his quote and he denied it. Disappointing experience.

Didn't actually buy a car here but had a wonderful experience for a test drive. Tim was kind, attentive and very insightful with regards to the vehicle and the buying process in general. No pressure, no expectations. If I can ever afford a Mach E, I will definitely visit here first!
