Food was fantastic as per usual. Our server was very apologetic for the long wait but my friends and I didn't notice a long wait at all. The restaurant was very busy but our server did a great job at checking in with our table and refilling when things were starting to get empty. Will definitely be back!

Both dinning and to-go car side pick up experiences are great every time! The price range is a little higher but in exchange the food portion is worth it.

Wow!! Went for an unplanned Thanksgiving dinner yesterday at Olive Garden and it was awesome..They are very strict about vaccination and ID check (which is lawful and they are doing a great job).Coming at food, every item that we ordered were more than satisfactory!!We ordered the following:1. Chicken and shrimp carbonara (side - soup, they give you unlimited refills)** Soups are great, do refill.2. Herb grilled salmon (side - salad, they give you unlimited refills for any sides or non-alcoholic beverages)3. Pumpkin Cheesecake (Fall / Halloween special, for limited time)4. Italian MargaritaLovely presentation, very warm welcome and service by our server. Everything tasted superb.They also have a complimentary winter tasting is you wish for..Highly recommended.. We are going back soon.

Service was slow and they forgot to give us the dipping sauces for the bread we ordered until the end of the dinner. Also had the mango lemonade which got unbearably sweeter after every refill. I got the chicken marsala which had no indication it was breaded (i dislike breaded chicken) which made the main dish taste pretty bad. Overall a poor experience. Not worth the price.

We are from out of town and don't have an OG where we live so we decided to try it out.First thought walking in is, nice atmosphere but that's just the bar area. They take you to a duller looking area for seating other than the bar.Service was great! Our server, Madeline was personable, attentive and prompt.We loved the breadsticks and salad to start and although we are non-drinkers, they offer complimentary wine at the table.Our mains were unfortunately lack luster. The sauce on the lasagna tasted great but was overpowered by the cold, uncooked ricotta in the middle.My wife had the chicken and shrimp carbanara and she said she did not enjoy it.Bathrooms were clean and I didn't notice any improvements on cleanliness of the dining roomLots of parking as well

After a bad experience I went back to use some gift cards. The waiter was much better then the previous visit and the food was really good and filling. All refills happened and everything came out at a good time. The only disappointment was the calamari. Don't waste your time on appetizers as you get a lot of food.

As a whole, this chain has gone downhill - though I was never much of a fan. Food is served - so I guess that's a positive. Portions are large. But expect gluey cream" sauces that taste as though they were reconstituted from powder. Service on this occasion was "off"
