Epione Massage Therapy Clinic is one of the best places in Markham to de-stress and relax! It used to be a hidden gem but they’ve grown and expanded with more RMTs and renovated their spaces over the past few months so it’s no longer a secret how great this place is! Christine and Madeleine are the best - be sure to book online well in advance as their schedules are packed. The clinic is super clean and parking is easy to find in the area!

The atmosphere of the clinic is very warm, welcoming and relaxing. I went on Sunday and was given a massage by Silvia. She was very friendly and her happy attitude instantly made me feel more relaxed and at ease.She asked me about what I was looking to get worked on and constantly checked if the pressure was okay. Though I didn't fall asleep, I was very relaxed. I mentioned to her I would get a lot of headaches and she used this mint oil on my neck that really helped me feel more relieved and I really appreciated that special touch. I will definitely go back and get more massages from Silvia in the future! (Already booked one!)I will say, they are a smaller clinic so their times get booked up pretty quickly. It's best to book a month or two in advance for better timing selections. Most of the time their last appointment on the weekdays are at 4:30pm which makes it hard for those working a 9-5 job to get a booking, though they sometimes have later ones like at 6pm, just gotta look around and hope you're lucky.

Booked a massage with Vince a couple weeks ago. Vince was very professional and polite and was able to alleviate my back pain within the one session. Will be returning again soon!

I went to see Vince at Epione at the beginning of my third trimester for prenatal RMT and especially because I was experiencing sciatic pain. Vince fixed me up the first session and gave me techniques to manage subsequent episodes. After that I visited him weekly and it’s the been the best decision of my pregnancy management thus far.Vince is great at knowing all the right pressure points and really skilled at relieving pain. He’s also super friendly and makes you feel so comfortable, making sure he’s adjusting and accommodating for your specific situation.Highly recommend and I plan on visiting Epione even postpartum.

I was referred here by a friend and it did not disappoint!The clinic is very clean and the staff are all extremely nice. I was taken in on time and the treatment I had was excellent.I came in with tension in my back and shoulders and immediately felt better afterwards.I've been back a few times and have seen a few therapists here and they're all great in their own ways.Appointment system is easy to use as well.Would highly recommend!

I’ve been treated by Vincent and Silvia on separate occasions and they have both been fantastic.Vincent was professional, has great technique and made sure to ask what areas I wanted focus on.Silvia is a great conversationalist and even makes her own candles @lightmeupcandles22, which smell amazing.They are both kind and friendly and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed with my neck and shoulder pain alleviated.The clinic is super clean, organized, modern and warm. They even provide you comfy slippers to wear while you’re there.10/10 would recommend Epione to anyone. Thanks so much to the entire team at Epione - y’all are awesome!

Vincent is professional, super considerate and helped a lot to alleviate the neck and shoulder pain Ive been feeling due to sitting in my office all day. Would def recommend.

I have been going to this massage clinic for an year. Very happy with the treatment and service. Technician are friendly and provided professional knowledge and skill. I feel relax and pain relief everytime

** To be very clear, this review is not about the negative experience of this company as a whole or with other RMT's, its only about the negative experience that I received from this one particular massage therapist that I had a session with.**I booked a session with a RMT, this was the first time I had him work with me. I had told him what needed be worked on and I thought it was understood how much pressure should be applied in certain areas. There were moments during the session that he applied too much hard pressure and I had told him to ease off as its was hurting.The deep tissue massage that he performed did help ease of the stiffness in certain areas that I asked him to work on. However, I did not tell him that my neck was an issue. That is where I have a problem with him. I had no neck stiffness or pain going into this session, and after a day or two my neck was in so much pain and after a whole week my left side of my neck near my spine hurts... I understand that doing deep tissue massage requires more effort and pressure but applying that much pressure in my neck area is simply unacceptable and it's caused me more of an injury than relief. I did say to him to not be so hard on those areas as it's sensitive, but maybe this guy doesn't know his own strength...Also I am not a RMT nor do I know their routine on how they massage certain areas. Just FYI, for people who never worked with this guy, don't let him work on your neck!Overall, this massage therapy clinic is still a great place for massages and I will come again, but I definitely will NOT schedule an appointment with him again.***UPDATE 06/24/23**The RMT in my review had reached out to me to discuss about this matter and I appreciate him taking the time to acknowledge my disappointing experience I had, and what he could do differently going forward so that next time it won't happen to someone else. Overall, this matter has been resolved and settled. Despite this personal experience, Epione Clinic is still a great place to get a massage and I will come back.
