I highly recommend Arbour Lake Dental! They are professional, kind, warm and they know what they are doing!! I've had a lifetime of dental issues and Arbour Lake Dental is the first dentist that I like to go to. Dr. Ian Miller is amazing and I can't say enough good things about him. The staff are just the best. They deserve more than 5 stars to me!!

Just a dentist office, admin staff are mediocre with details but friendly. The first thing to know about this place is that they charge DOUBLE the blue cross guidelines for pricing, so your benefits won't go very far here.Gentle dentists and okay benefits management they'll bill your card without notice though, so pay cash. Super-clean place with modern tools and enough assistants. Hygienists are very efficient and gentle with excellent tools. These people cater to cowards, no really, be ready for the price though, they charge premium prices here.They also have the full range of sedation options available and are used to dealing with sedated patients. Fully accessible with wheelchair accessibility considered throughout the practice. Very spacious and the waiting room feels more like the living room.

Had my first experience with Arbor Lake after quite a while of being nervous about dental work. Had a cleaning and consult with Pascal that was very thorough and anxiety free. Great office team that quickly sorted an insurance issue and provided a very reasonable quote for future work. They'll be looking out for all my dental work going forward, very pleased overall

I got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Don and I have to say this was the most traumatic and painful experience I've ever had at a dentist. I was under the impression that I was getting (and had paid for) full sedation or anesthesia, however I only received oral sedation as they don't have a full surgical suite. That's fine if they don't offer it, but I said that I wanted to be put to sleep and I was assured that that's what the sedation would do, I was never referred to a surgeon to have full anesthesia. This was never communicated to me, otherwise I would have saved myself the over $500 and just had nitrous oxide. I woke up during the procedure and was experiencing lots of pain and panic, and the doctor treated it like an annoyance and threatened to stop the procedure if I didn't calm down. He was very rude and condescending during the procedure to me and the dental assistant helping him. After expressing that I was upset, we were told she won't remember it anyways" which is so unprofessional not to mention uncompassionate. I wasn't even prescribed any pain medication besides Tylenol and Advil

This place is getting more and more disorganized. It seems chaotic inside. Also, the prices are quite expensive. Almost $500 for a cleaning and xray. I can't imagine how much a family visit would cost. Most dental work is covered, but someone is paying. I suspect they increased their prices because most people are covered. I would price out something else in all honesty.

I have been having my dental work done by Dr. Don Miller and his associates at Arbour Lake Dental Care for more than 30 years. I have had several cavities filled and crowns installed. I also get my dental hygiene checks done regularly by Dr. Miller and his associates. Dr. Don Miller is friendly, efficient, and highly professional in his work and relationship with me. He listens carefully to my concerns and responds in a friendly and courteous manner with some occasional humour as well. He explains the issues on hand and offers details of treatment options. The hygienists and assistants of Dr. Miller I have seen have also demonstrated friendly, courteous, and professional work practice; they too have provided professional advice on dental hygiene and health, and answered well my many questions. Dr. Miller and his staff are friendly, prompt, and punctual. They have kindly offered instalment plans to pay large bills. I am happy with the positive experiences I have had at Arbour Lake Dental Care and highly recommend Dr. Miller and his associates to anyone without any reservations.

Our family really appreciates the caring and professionalism of everyone at Arbour Lake Dental Care. The dentists, hygienists, receptionist, all the staff and the facilities are first rate. Arbour Lake Dental Care also provides a really nice holiday party in December for all the families! During Covid, Arbour Lake Dental Care put on a wonderful outdoor opportunity than took into account all of the Covid protocols! Definitely recommend this dental practice!
