Company did not conduct themselves in a professional manner. They asked individuals to remove their clothing for inspection which is invasive and uncommon for industry standards. They would not allow them to choose a random test cup for their samples as they had to use the one chosen by the clinic which is also very strange. They also refused to test a workers samples or provide the company with reasons as to why they refused. When we requested a lab test on a sample they had previously refused to test they said they wouldn’t send it away for inspection even at our own expense. It became evident this is not a reputable testing location and we will no longer be sending our employees. We paid $180 per employee to be tested and didn’t receive any feedback as to why they wouldn’t accept their samples. This place lacks integrity but thankfully there are many other testing facilities to chose from.

ECS is the very reliable service provider. The staff is nice, supportive and puts a lot of effort on providing a high quality service. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED! Really appreciate their work.

This was the most disorganized and incompetent testing establishment, there should not be a hormonal pregnant woman working there!!!!

Best price I could find in town for an Audiometric Test ($27.50 + GST) Same day booking (I phoned in and booked an appointment for half an hour later). I walked out the door 15 minutes after entering it.

Kept pouring out my samples with no explanation but it was over the line and 96 degrees, then when I cant fill it 3 hrs later they say I cant provide a full sample, what a joke
