Sweet Spot Cupcakes

Ordered.a birthday cake for my boyfriend's brother...googled the best cakes in Kamloops" and this came up. We ordered the chocolate truffle cake two days in advance as we rode up there on my guy's awesome motorcycle. Luckily when we rolled into the loops

So excited to try these cupcakes! Sadly was completely disappointed . The frosting was gritty with sugar and the cake dry. Filling was overly sweet in some and overall unpleasant. We tried about 6 different flavours. Beautiful but underwhelming. I’d be incredibly sad if I served any of this for dessert.

I'm upset cause this is how I found out I was going to be a auntie yesterday. You guys have a business and to be professional. Aunty pay" ain't it. Auntie Tay would be better. And why is the middle part missing cupcakes? I'm thankful my sister got me cup cakes but I'm angry that you guys couldn't live up to the expectations. She and I were disappointed you guys have taken away what was supposed to be a beautiful moment that she and I have been dreaming of since we were little girls."

Hands down the best cake ever! I had ordered a cake for our wedding and they were prompt and very helpful and accommodating to my requests. After I had ordered, I had tried a cupcake in store and found it was a bit dry and to be honest I was a bit worried. But boy was I not disappointed when the cake came. I ate it every day for a week and it was still just as moist as the first day we had tasted it. Way better than the other wedding cakes I’ve tried at other weddings!! I would highly recommend!

Ordered a cake for my son's birthday. He requested a chocolate cake with rainbow icing. She made it on short notice and not only was it stunning, it was so delicious. Thanks for making my sons birthday special!

We walked into the bakery at 10 after 5 on a Friday evening to order a very specific cake for a wedding that was only 3 weeks away. They were very accommodating and re-arranged previous engagements to make sure that we got the wedding cake we were requesting. The cake was 2-tier and complex on top but was absolutely delicious and enjoyed by all. As sweet as it was, I saw someone going for seconds.Thank you so much. We know it was short notice, but so was the engagement time and we thank you for making sure our Ukrainian bride had the wedding cake she wanted.

This place is best in kamloops. .For kids cake ...My daughter will be 4 in this April. ..From last 3 years we enjoyed her birthday cake..Your money worth here. .Moreover their cupcakes. .. wow everyone loves it...Sooooooo fresh and delicious.It just melt in mouth. ..I'll be there again soon for another birthday cake. .

My fiancé and I had an amazing experience! We ordered our wedding cake the same day as our cake tasting. The staff are super friendly and the quality of their cupcakes is hands down the best we’ve had in Kamloops. I would recommend Sweet Spot Cupcakes to anyone!!

After our experience, I reached out to the owner of Sweet Spot, Paige. Paige was absolutely incredible. She immediately addressed my concerns and asked how the issue could be remedied. Communicating with Paige was easy, straightforward, and encouraging. Paige acknowledged the issues head on and insisted on supplying us with an order of 12 gluten-free/vegan cupcakes to remedy our experience. The cupcakes are absolutely sensational. Paige has more than succeeded in completely reversing my opinion of Sweet Spot products. The cupcakes are moist, light, fluffy, and extremely flavourful. I am so impressed by Paige as a business owner, and as a baker. I look forward to recommending Sweet Spot to friends and bringing my business here again in the future.
