Mr. Lube + Tires

Was there this past Saturday for an oil change, the wait wasn't even that bad. But what really impressed me was the amazing customer service! The technician, Nate, that was working on my vehicle was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. Based on this experience I will definitely be continuing to use this location for automotive service.

After 12+ years of taking two company vehicles here for all oil changes and tire work, I am DONE with this company. The waits are ridiculous. You have to arrive 90 minutes before they open to possibly be seen within an hour. Arriving for a tire change at 6:30, a staff member tells me at 7:30 that they cannot get the tire I require. No attempt was even made to look for it. I'll be going to a local garage in the future - most are cheaper anyway. You lost a customer.

In for oil change and had a 40 minute wait. Is what it is...but here is a thought..how about a complimentary shop vacuum station so one can make good use of their time as an added feature...would be very nice ! At all Mr. Lubes!!!

Great tire, lube, spark plug etc shop. The staff are always friendly. Make sure you have everything you need. Definitely my new go to shop for my regular car needs.

First off, before I write what I am about to write, I should predicate first by saying that I am Red Seal Automotive Tech in Canada, so I do know what I am talking about.Mr. Lube can be explained simple: ridiculous, over priced, crooks.A customer of mine went to this location about 2 weeks ago, because I was extremely busy at my shop, she had no choice as she needed an oil change on her car. Simple. Well, it should be. For a vehicle that does not require anything but SAE 5W20 oil, they sold her a B.S. package" for 275.00 dollars. For that much

200% pleased and thoroughly recommend. No appointments, so show up early and bring a book in case you have a wait. 90 minutes to change tires, oil, and transmission fluid. They changed air filter & cabin filter as well and noted that dealer should take a look at undercoating (warranty service). They explained everything they did, and why they were doing it, and topped up any fluids they didn't change. Aaaaaaand for less than my dealer would've charged.

Wait times are ridiculous. 1.5 hours just to get in. One employee spent 30 minutes helping a customer that came 1 hour after everybody in line. When that employee went inside he spent most of his time in the corner and avoided doing work, one employee was doing 3 cars simultaneously while the guy was twiddling his thumbs. The service here has really gone downhill since 2020.

Excellent and speedy service. Very knowledgeable and polite staff. Wait was 2.5 hours but they que'd me on a list while I was able to do some shopping. Good work Mr. Lube team!

I have been using this location for 10 years and Robbie and his team are an amazing group of people who make sure you are 100% satisfied before leaving. I recently discovered an issue with my cars oil pan and even though they weren’t responsible for the problem, they repaired it for me at no charge!!!! They are quick, honest and incredibly kind. I will always bring my car to Mr Lube for oil changes, tire changes etc… Thank you!!!

Went first time a couple months back and after hearing I was a teenager in school, the employees attempted to sell additional services which they claimed were “required” for my car to stay on the road, which at the time was brand new and definitely not the case. Needless to say, they were trying their hardest to scam me out of my money. And since there aren’t many shops around, I decided to visit this specific Mr. Lube again yesterday for an oil change. Went in roughly 3-4 hours before closing with only a few cars waiting and was turned around quickly and very rudely informed that they were “done for the day” and gave me no reason as to why and ignored further questions I asked. Why keep the shop open till late if you’re going to stop service several hours before with no reasoning and remorse for the customer? The “workers” in the shop sit around and sip coffee instead of actually getting to work then have the audacity to show you attitude and ignore when you speak to them. No sense of professionalism and they definitely do not know the first thing to running a business. No amount of kms on the odometer would ever take me back to get an oil change there. 0/5.
