I have bought many firearms from Kelly's sporting goods over the last five years of living in Ontario, each and every time it has been a pleasure to deal with them . Every time I bought a firearm from them it was at the best possible price in Canada!!! End of story, no where sells for less!!!! and the service is fantastic!!!! Many thanks.

Admittedly I research my purchases in person at my local gun shop then always buy from Kelly's sporting goods. They always have the rare items and prices are typically 10-15% cheaper than any other website. I've bought 3 firearms from Kelly's and am always satisfied with the customer service and quick receipt of my order.

I'm glad I found this store. They had a model of firearm that was tough to track down elsewhere. They answered my question very promptly through social media and shipped the firearm out first thing in the morning. Very prompt, very smooth purchase. I look forward to doing more business with them. I might add, some bigger name stores have dragged their feet to ship me products, so when a small shop can get an order in the evening and have it in the mail the next morning, it's really impressive.

I have been dealing with kellys sporting goods go a while now and every experience I have had there has been awesome. I find it hard to believe the lady that said she had a horrible experience there is telling the truth. I have dealt with the Wes the owner on several occasions and he has always been pleasant and great to deal with. Kellys offers the best prices and best customer service I have had since I have got into purchasing firearms. They also have a great selection of firearms as well. Very very very happy with Kelly's sporting goods. Have been looking for a particular rifle for over a year for the hubby with little to no success. Turned to the web but all our usual haunts were sold out with no eta on when they would get more in, if they did at all. Decided to take a shot ordering from Kelly's as we had never heard of them before. Placed the order May 11th and rifle arrived today (Ontario to Alberta in 9 days!). Was very very impressed with the shipping time, the price was super reasonable any they actually had not only some stock but some options too. Ended up getting the chrome lined barrel for the same price everyone else was asking for the standard model. Will definitely be shopping here again.

I've been dealing with Kelly's for over 20 years. Always great prices and friendly service. Back in the day when I purchased my Suzuki King Quad off of them, they were throwing in a new Remington 700 BDL with purchase. Couldn't pass that up. Don't put an ounce of faith in the negative nelly's on here, especially David Po. I've seen the emails with him about the pink pistol he ordered. Kelly's were nothing but polite, unlike his claims.

A little late to post this review but better late than never. Ordered a shotgun from them mid last year(2018). The order was fulfilled in a timely manner but the level of customer service was just subpar. I called to inquire about a possible change to my order after placing it online. I was greeted by a very rude middle aged sounding guy, who got very annoyed the moment I worded my request. All I wanted was to switch to a model with a different stock. The other model was cheaper and I told them that I was even willing to neglect 30$ price difference. All I got in response was a rant-like monologue about how the online orders cant be changed after being placed and I got hung up on shortly after. Mind you, nothing I asked for was overly difficult to do and I was very polite and friendly while I spoke with him. Nothing I said warranted that reaction. Will never buy anything from this store again.

I’d like to mention their customer service which is great. Emails are always answered promptly and online transactions are flawless with status update and tracking number.

First time shopping here. It all started with an online email enquiry regarding the possibility of a trade-in for a firearm I wanted. I got an email reply pretty fast, and, within two emails the deal was done. I arrived at the store the very same afternoon. I dealt with Wes and I found him to be pleasant, forthright, and the other people I encountered in the shop were friendly too. Good prices, and a good selection of firearms and ammunition. Wes even helped me haul my purchased stuff to the car which was very appreciated. All in all, I would recommend stopping by if possible as it's actually a pleasant journey getting there. And, if you're an online shopper like I usually am, try to remember that a lot of hunting good stores don't have a lot of staff: so patience is the key. Overall a pleasant experience, good pricing, and I'm looking forward to going there at some point in the future if something else catches my eye.
