Came by last week for a quick bite after work…and really enjoyed my experience. I stayed longer than expected but it was totally worth it. I was recommended the West Coast Prawn pizza which was surprisingly exceptional. The bartender was Johnny who pulled the night together. What a great, genuine, down to earth guy. I’d come back again just for a relaxed night with him (and the pizza!)

I’ve come here multiple times and been very happy with their service. However, we went here last night around 9:30pm and were seated right infront of the washroom when there were plenty of other spots available. The waitress took our order and barely checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Her service was non-existent and when we all finished paying she just abruptly walked away

My Husband and I had such a great time during our dinner at Earls in South Surrey. Maya, Colton and Jacob the manager, made our evening very pleasant and we enjoyed our conversations with each one of them. The food was wonderful as usual, even though the calamari is no longer available.Thank you for making our evening so memorable.

Brittany is an excellent example of a server. We always look forward to seeing her when we come for dinner. She is very diligent, friendly, sweet hearted and respectful. She greets you with a huge smile and she is always caring towards her tables. Everything she recommends is very delicious and she is very courteous about my dietary needs and accommodates my orders. I highly recommend sitting in the lounge so you can have this same experience ❤️

Food was pretty standard. Service was really slow. We were seated for a long time before anyone came to greet us and take our order. There was a bug in my drink because the mint was unwashed. I sent it back without making a big deal about it. The server's reaction was super nonchalant, as if I told her they forgot ice or something. I wasn't expecting a free drink but the replacement took over 10 min. Disappointing dining experience overall.

Eric P provided such an exceptional customer experience today that I'm writing this while still here. I arrived around lunch and ended up spending the afternoon remotely working and enjoying the atmosphere! I sat at the bar and felt the attention to my needs was just right. There is another Erik P and Manager Ryan who made sure I was taken care of when Eric was elsewhere. The airy, bright freshness of this restaurant and the friendliness of the staff will have me back again next time I'm in South Surrey.

Loved our lunch today at Earls, this was by far the best Earls experience we have had after trying many locations.Food was great, our server Perry was more than wonderful and looked happy to serve. The ambience was amazing with so many plants and amazing interior.The occasion was my husband's 40th birthday and the whole experience was superb to make him feel special. Just they did not had any candles to do a little happy birthday. But desert tasted so good, thank you so much!

Wonderful Friday night experience at this location. Brittany was our server and provided exceptional service from start to finish despite how busy her section was tonight. Service was very timely, she showed genuine interest in our evening and experience and wanted to ensure we felt important and prioritized. She was very knowledgeable in the wine list and extremely accommodating with my dietary restrictions. it’s rare to get such attentive service on a busy Friday night at earls but Brittany showed that it’s possible. Highly recommend her as your server next time you come into this location.
