Little Moe's Academy

I have three shepherds, one I got from Mowatt Shepherds(she has a super wonderful temperament) I have taken agility classes at Little Moes with them and they’re great! Facility is super nice and clean.Have also attending confirmation shows hosted at Little Moes with my girl and we love it!

My dog became extremely sick after being cared for her which led to her passing. Truly disappointed with the way this was handled would not recommend to anyone

My German Shepherd puppy went to Little Moe’s after I did a lot of research. Yan breeds German Shepherds and I thought this would be a great place. I registered for training and bought multiple half day and full day passes.The training was exceptional (Jessica) Yan’s granddaughter is superb. I registered for puppy kindergarten and obedience 1. I did notice that the kennels/crates were small in the back where the dogs stay.I decided to board my dog for the weekend because a commitment that he could not attend.When I brought him in I took a few minutes to talk the the girl at the desk. As I was leaving she grabbed my puppy by the collar and forced him to sit, my puppy cried at that point. I asked her why she did that and she said they have to sit before they go back. I asked her why she didn’t ask him to sit.I was not happy. I drove to Tim Hortons and then I decided to go back . My puppy was more important than any commitment.I went in and the girl saw me and went yo get someone else to speak with me. I asked for my dog and advised he would not be back.I called the next day to get my money back for the passes I bought and hadn’t used. They refused to give it to me and kept saying the owner was out of town(for 5 weeks)They told me that Jessica came in at the end of the collar grab and that the employee did it correctly. They said they watched the video. No one else was in the room but the girl who did it and me. I explained this and asked to see the video. They denied my request to see the video.I called again and asked for the girl who did the collar grab and was told she no longer works there.I heard Yan be sharp with the dogs on several occasions.Including saying to a puppy “it’s not my fault you were born a German Shepherd.My puppy developed behavioural issues after that.I wouldn’t recommend them to anyway ever. They are abusive to dogs and my puppy was always always thirsty and hungry when I picked him up.My dog went to daycare

We are new in the area and don’t know any groomers so I picked Little Moe’s because of the very good reviews. Sue and Cassandra did a great job grooming my 2 Cairn Terriers - and when I said that I’d hoped their coat would have been cut shorter, and I’d come back, Sue got right to it with the clippers and made it so, right then and there. Both ladies are so caring and I could see they love their furry customers and taking care of them.I am beyond happy that I have found Sue and Cassandra to look after us ❤️

My pups have been going to Little Moe's for almost 8 years and it has been such a wonderful experience! They have learned so much, and still to this day get so excited to go to school each day! Yan has always gone out of her way to help even when im stuck in a jam. Highly recommended!!!

I have a 9 lb female Chihuahua. I drive 35 mins to get to your location ( due to pricing & previous friendly staff Members)always satisfied with the service. Today…. First, they didn’t have record of my appt. thought maybe I made a mistake . Me ? Your “new” employee ( that’s how she described herself ) with each question I asked when I called to make this appointment, she Failed to complete the task. They decided to squeeze her in, this was a nice thing to do for me, considering your new employee didn’t record my time. ( not my problem ) I was definately not anymore impressed with then finding out after the groom was complete that it was almost double what I paid the last time I was there. (Fall 2021) I think it would be proper customer service to let me know that the fee had almost doubled since I was there last. The staff member knew that I hadn’t been there since your previous groomer left. When I voiced my concern and irritation over the cost difference, she said “yes &$@$ was cheaper”. That’s it .. no warning.. shocked !So the 1 star is for the lovely groom that my girl got today. I won’t be returning ! #dissapointed

I trust Little Moe’s Kennel with my partner/ best friend. I have had the pleasure of training with and kennelling with Little Moe’s for over two decades. I am current dog handler/trainer and only trust their team with the care of my partner!

My 16 mos appeared to have thoroughly enjoyed his 1/2 day & slept on the drive home. Personable, helpful staff that are interested in the dogs having a great time! We'll be back!

Great place to take your dog for daycare. Open at 6, pick up your pooch by 6. Otherwise you get charged extra.Never left the dog on the weekends, the ppl are friendly and very busy. They were short handed and still do the best they can.I feel anyone that criticizes this place, walk a day in their shoes and do what they do.

Our 2 dogs (Jack Russell and Beagle) absolutely LOVE going to Little Moe's Academy. They always are so excited to go and come home relaxed and happy. They both did obediance classes and the Jack Russell did agility training as well. The dogs five it a 5/5!
