Horrible customer service. The lady who answers the phone is of no help to anyone. Always has an attitude. The owners even worse , horrible temper, rude and they never get things done on time! Do not use this company for any trophy or awards pcs unless you want them late and done poorly!

I waited a week for time sensitive engraving to be doneI was called and told the work would not be completed for another week.Apparently only one person knows how to engrave at a trophy shop.Pick any where else.
