Helped me with a limited time frame when other pharmacies couldn't. Friendly & helpful. Great atmosphere. Will be changing pharmacies to go here now. Great service!!!

The place is very clean and organized and the staff here are always friendly and helpful. I'm grateful for their delivery drivers as well in those times myself and my partner needed them.

I am a Senior...needed morphine injections not able to take orally. Need 6 doses per day.I am on the palliative blue cross care approved client group. My illness is progressive and terminal.We contacted Gail's Pharmacy in Lethbridge alberta to fill the prescription, Oct. 12 2023.We were told the meds were covered by AHS, but the dispensing fees were not, at an approximate cost of $125.00 per week.... Something about sterile facilities and technician requirements.Needing the meds We ordered the meds and prepaid, by VISA wondering how we could afford this going forward.In our stage of panic" at the cost

Gail’s has the best customer service in town. When I enter, I am always greeted immediately and they remember me from my last visit. My prescriptions are always filled quickly and I always feel respected when I’m there. I’ll definitely be taking all of my prescriptions to Gail’s and recommending to everyone I know.

Gail's Apothecary is top rate. The Pharmacists not only cheerfully greet you by name and take the time to answer your questions, but also are so incredibly well informed. They travel, at their own expense, to cutting edge Regenerative Medicine conferences. They are at the top of their field in terms of education and expertise. I recommend them to everyone, but especially to those who are interested in not just being well, but thriving. There is no one else I would entrust with my bioidentical hormones.
