Sheila is a great master at helping my sore muscles and joints to relax and begin healing again. I would recommend her highly. I suffer from arthritis and after a few sessions with her I feel so much better.

Sheila is very intuitive and has a lot of knowledge and experience in a variety of therapies. After going to other therapists for massage, cranial therapy, and acupuncture; Sheila is the best I’ve been to in all areas. I always leave feeling cared for and I always learn something new.
