DO NOT rent a Uhaul from here! Rented a truck for 2 hours, brought it back a hour early, WAITED 30 minutes for service. They charged us DOUBLE the amount of gas that we needed and when my husband was surprised at the charges the attendant FLIPPED OUT, refused to talk to us, wouldn't give us the receipt. She is even trying to charge my credit card for ANOTHER rental that LEFT because she took so long to serve them. But she told the Uhaul rep that we were being disruptive. Not only are they crooks, but they're also liars that seem to have whoever works weekends at U-Haul right in their pocket. DO NOT, rent a U haul from here.Finally... and it's already been mentioned in another comment. But when picking up the car the agent told us to get the Collision Damage Waiver because of those (these are NOT my words, but I need POC who are considering renting there to know) Third world demons are so unpredictable". AWFUL

Favorite place to rent. I have been renting from here for years. Operators are very down to earth and pleasant people. I enjoy their wit and concern for their clients.

Yeah, not to sink their boat but, they need a lot of to work on.Service, attitude, their computer system.I had to intervene when my buddy's credit card was declined.Side note, he was using a family member's credit card but had authorization to use it.The clerk INSISTED he had to enter his own zip code not the original card holder because he could enter any zip he wants the payment should go though (she was wrong). Card declined, I put in mine, worked.There was other information she eas wrong about but I am short on space.My buddy was off to a rough start, we could do without the attitude because it almost costs us a rental.

U-Haul is the worst experience of my life. I do not recommend them to anyone. Did not get the truck I had reserved well in advance, someone in U-Haul thought they were smart. Made to go to distant pick up location. I have logged a complaint, and this is 3 days since complained, no one has got back yet. I will surely escalate this to any extent that I need to, because it is absolutely unfair, and nonchalant. Please do not risk your move by coming to U-Haul - they will mess you up big time, and say they can't control what happens to a truck in use by someone else. Go to a reliable company that will look after you and ensure you get what you requested, from where you want it, and when you want it. U-Haul is a no go company.Update:Management at the national level eventually intervened in this, and refunded the cost of travelling over 2 hours to and from the location of picking truck. Thanks.

VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THE LADY and THE MAN WHO WORKS THERE ARE VERY RUDE AND VERY DEMANDING THEY ARE SO SARCASTIC AND DEMANDING ME TO PAY 25 dollar FOR GAS AND WHEN I SHOWED HER PICTURE IN MY PHONE ITS ONLY 10 dollar gas I used but still they charge me 15 dollar and also My fuel tank is 3/4 and they charge me for 7/8. They’re so bad and even not saying sorry for their behaviour. They are affordable and fix vehicles pretty well. They also pump your gas for you . They are friendly people.

These guys did me a solid when my alternator seized and the car died on the road in front of their shop after close. I had to leave it in their lot with a note on it, apologizing for taking up space when I wasn't a customer. They ended up spraying the alternator with penetrating oil (at my suggestion), and replacing the belt that had broken, and the price was more than reasonable. It's not fancy, but they were helpful and friendly!

Avoid the counter and pickup using your phone if you have to use this location. Folks at the counter need a refresher of what professionalism looks like. You will be interrupted, and spoken to with arrogant demeanour. To add they will do their best to upsell insurance coverage and act insulted when you decline it as if they know what sort of coverage you have. Occasionally shirtless men will walk in and get yelled at by the woman at counter and make your equipment pickup more miserable than it already is.If this is the face of UHaul then that’s a company I would avoid and gladly pay more elsewhere.
