DO NOT USE - if there was an option for less than a star, I would select it, sadly, Google only offers a 1 star minimum rating. This sham of a company has ripped my wife off while starting her business, she only uses them for web hosting and they charged her without any prior notice... claiming they have sent 5 emails (of which my wife has received none, I would expect a web hosting company could ensure at least one went through). As such my wife was charged up front and absurd fee for web hosting that she intended to cancel due to poor service she experienced in her first year. If anyone actually reads reviews as I do.. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, customer service is terrible to non-existent and service for $$ is absolutely awful... to get a better setup with web hosting is literally 10% of the price with Go Daddy... I repeat DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY with this company, I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as they have taken payment from my wife's credit card without proper notification. The company claims to have sent 5 emails" and they didn't have a phone number on file to call when they received no response because she never received them???!!! Are they that hard up that they can't even afford as much as an internet phone line? I hope nobody else gets scammed the same way she did trying to "support local business"."

Susan was amazing! She managed to save me money that the government was trying to squeeze out of me. Would definitely recommend BDC.

They are not honest and not clear at all . They works as resellers for web domains and do not allow you to access your domain after paying money . Since they are not providing any more web design they have no right to prevent me from getting my credential to connect my web site . Also Enom should be reflected company and not only looking for money . I contacted them to explain my issue and they refer me back to the reseller . In my opinion they are both are bad and guys to you age. To be berry careful when dealt with BDC. I should have taken the negative feedback seriously before dealing with this service providers . It is relay a mistake they leads me to use a domain in my business cards but can not design a web simply cause BDC is preventing this very horrible service

I had a great experience and the representative I spoke to on the phone was kind and knowledgable. I called her about 6 times one morning, and she always met me with kindness and understanding. She also went over and beyond to call me the day my licence was sent to me to make sure that I had received it and that it didn't go into my junk mail. Highly recommend them!

Fast and friendly service. Needed help renewing my expired business licence and they did it the same day. Then when Gov did not respond and send me my updated licence in the mail my contact at BusDevCenter emailed me the licence within a few days. Highly recommend.

We have used BDC for our Ontario Business Licence. They were easy to deal with. Knowing that it was coming up for renewal, it was much appreciated to receive a reminder from them as a prompt so we wouldn’t forget. When the government did not send us our paper copy, BDC was able to secure an electronic copy and email it. The only feedback we would have is that their payment process is a bit onerous. There were far too many separate steps not part of their online application.

Excellent service, can't say enough great things about Susan. We opened up a new corporation through the BDC and Susan went above and beyond making sure we were informed and up to date every step of the way. Made the process easy and they delivered on time. Highly recommend

It has been a year of working with Business Development Centre, from opening my business to managing a mailbox for the business, and it has been extremely tiring. I would not recommend this service.The opening of the business had some hiccups but they were smoothed out over the phone, took around 6-8 weeks in total.The mailbox management is a constant on-going annoyance. Their online portal doesn't allow me to complete any tasks myself because my account hasn't been verified

I believe they are Scam. I paid them a fee for WCB. Two weeks later they told me I was already registered and to contact WCB myself. I called WCB and they had no registration for my company. I ended up registering myself, with no fee and it took me 2 days to get my WCB.

this company somehow gained our domain and refuses to give any information. susan is extremely rude and confrontational on the phone. very evasive IT team, we don't know what you're talking about" ...meanwhile
