Dr. Nathalie is very competent. She took the time to explain each step of the treatment to me and answered all my questions. I felt really confident in her hands. In addition, the atmosphere in the dental office was really pleasant.

Professional, meticulous, and friendly service sums it all up. From the receptionist to the hygienist (I highly recommend to get your teeth cleaned by Bulent - he's amazing - especially for anyone needing the occasional periodontal maintenance). My procedure with Dre Bouchard was quick and efficient - she is compassionate, offers feedback along the way, and I could feel her genuine care for my well-being.I felt safe and confident in their care!

I had my appointments here, but unfortunately I decided to change a clinic to continue my treatment. The treatment I received with Dr. Bouchard and her assistents are fine. But the FRONT DESK staffs are very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially the yound lady, she is so arrogant and unwilling to answer my quesions regarding the charge. Hard to communicate, impolite, made mistakes with the appointment time but blamed the client instead, which is so ridiculous. I don’t recommend this place.

I appreciate the fact that Dr. Bouchard offered me solutions according to my needs and my budget. I didn't feel any pressure at all and the vibe here is pleasant. I warmly recommend Rocabella to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Best dental clinic in Montreal in my opinion. The service is excellent, the people are nice and welcoming. The follow-up emails and reminders are very convenient, and the equipment used is high-tech. Rating this clinic a 10/10 and would highly recommend.

Excellent service

I was referred to Roccabella dentist Marina D’Souza for cleaning and yearly check up. Dre D’Souza worked on my left top tooth as I was told I had a cavity. After the work was completed, I was left with a severe pain. I went back to have it checked, Dentist said that when she worked on the tooth to remove the cavity, she touched the vain and thats causing my sensitivity, they gave me sensitive toothpaste and was told the pain will go away after 30 days. Pain never went away, 11 month later, my tooth broke and I had to re-do the entire filling again. The new clinic told me about how bad the job was done and how the Dentist should have been careful about working around the vain to avoid the pain i have due to the work done. In addition to all that, my insurance didn’t cover the new repair since the original work didn’t last like it supposed to, so I had to dish out 370$ to have my tooth fixed again. Here’s the image of the bad job done. I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone honestly, i am not a satisfied patient and I am opening a file with « Ordre des dentist du Quebec » & Dentist Association Canada for this matter.
