Great place for hardware and software services

As a small CPA office I rely completely on my computer to provide accounting and tax services. While problems are infrequent, they cause considerable stress when they arise. For about 20 years I've relied on PC-Tek to solve computer problems that I can't solve.One the most alarming was the replacement of a failing hard drive. Another with the potential to create serious problems was the recovery from a malware frozen screen. PC-Tek salvaged my data in both cases.Most recently PC-Tek helped with the incredibly frustrating transfer of data from Outlook 2016 in a Windows 10 environment to Outlook 2021 on a new Dell desktop running on Windows 11 . Dell and Microsoft tech support was free with my new computer. After about two days, including hours of video chat watching a Microsoft tech remotely trying to solve my problem, I gave up on them.I brought both old and new computers to Chris at PC-Tek late on a Monday. The following day he let me know the computers would be ready for pick up on Wednesday morning. To my great relief, the data was where it needed to be in my new computer. In particular:> thousands of emails intact in client folders,> hundreds of contacts, organized into about 8 categories, and> my Outlook calendar.PC-Tek saved me many hours of exasperation and resolved a serious issue for me again.PC-Tek has never let me down and I highly recommend them to provide reliable, prompt, and cost-effective service for your computer needs.
