place makes a wonderful lunch with lots of options andfresh ingredients. Restaurant is very clean and staff is always nice and quick. Little on the expressive side but they are great with giving out lots of coupons for discounts.

Great Staff, very friendly. I've been getting a chicken Caesar salad last few times I've been in. It's fresh and has whole strips of freshly cooked bacon and lots of chicken. Very tasty and filling

At 3:45pm June 6th 2023, I went in and ordered what I normally ordered. A small garden pita with extra cheese. And in Simcoe it comes out to $9.90 but this location comes out to $11.28. And when I pointed that out to the employee she got very rude with me and remained rude the entire time that I was placing my order. And after she put the veggies on the grill, the other lady that was working there with her she leaned over to her and they were whispering about something. Which to me, I thought that they were whispering about me and made me feel terrible/uncomfortable. So I will never return to this location if that's what the customer service is like.My food also inedible as a pita. Please see photo.

I usually order on SkipTheDishes and have had multiple issues with this restaurant. Just want to clarify I’m leaving this review so the owner becomes aware. I have had 2 orders in the past month that had pineapple that tasted old and fermented, and other orders that have toppings I didn’t order.

First of all I want to mention “Carter”, he is so energetic and happy at work. From taking order with smile and making the order, his services were top notch. He made wraps for me n my friend. The wraps were delicious, we had falafal wrap, super fresh and healthy. He asked us for toppings and recommended sauces. We all loved it.One of my friend forgot her phone there and he came to the car to hand the phone back. He’s so kind. It was so good to see a happier employee at work. Thank you Carter. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting healthy options.

Staff was wonderful. The store was kept clean, but extremely hot does not feel like it. There’s any air conditioner no airflow through the place. Definitely wouldn’t be able to sit down and eat in here. You’d be hot just sitting there and then hot food you’re eating.That would be just uncomfortable. I might as well just sit in my car and eat the hot food.It’ll be the same thing…message to the owner since there is a contact number for reviewing just letting him know it was extremely hot in there but it seems like he is very argumentative and stating that my review that I am going to post is Fake…Which is really sad for a business owner to be saying those things to a customer when a customer is just leaving a feedback to him since he leaves his number on the wall to contact but then gets upset when you contact himI would say that’s kind of unprofessional won’t be back in the summertime for sure. Way too hot. Would have love to sit inside to eat my dinner, but couldn’t because it was extremely hot inside.Seems to me that he’s just being a cheapskate. I feel bad for the employees. I have to work there.

Amazing customer service. Placed a pickup order and when I got back to work I realized my cookies and cutlery were missing, I called pita pit on Henry and they delivered my cookies and cutlery to me! Couldn’t believe how kind they were, the man also included extra cookies and coupons for my next order.Have always had great experiences here and the employees are so kind! Thank you!
