Yesterday I took my 5 year old daughter to get her nails painted. It has been her one request for a long time and she deserved it. I sent a message first to make sure that they were okay with me bringing her. When we went in she was a little shy to start. She bites her nails and didnt have much to work with but they gave her the start treatment. They made sure to treat her the same as anyone else. She got a full manicure experience. She loved it and hasn't stopped talking about going. She even told our waiter at lunch. They went above and beyond my wildest expectations. I also had mine done and also had a great experience.

WARNING: DO NOT ENTER. Cleanliness and practices are an issue. By the end of my experience, I regretted walking through the door. They put the polish in the towel warmer. Then I realized that polish was for me. After 45 minutes of filling my nails (I wanted a removal), Tony put old dried out and end of polish on my nails. I objected several times and he actually yelled at me to stop looking at my nails! It was a horrible experience. So unclean. My fingers and nails are sore and I will go to have it removed elsewhere. I paid in full and left. Very unsafe facility. Mandy should be put out of business. Not a Collingwood worthy business in our downtown core!!!

Very disappointing, absolutely no customer service. I asked for a simple flower art on m nails,showingvthem a picture on my phone, part way through my service and the owner looked at me and yelled what is this?" Then "no

Treated terribly and a very bad manicure. The older gentleman does not listen and won't admit he is at fault nor fix his mistakes. He first asked if I'd like them shorter, I replied A little

Have been here many times in the past and unfortunately had the elderly man today for a simple acrylic nail removal. Despite being the only person there, he was very rude and rushing the service. First, he tried using an artificial nail to slice between my nature nail and the acrylic nail, which was very painful and I requested that he do it the proper way. Next, he wanted to dip my fingers in a dish of acetone, rather than taking the time to individually wrap each nail with foil. I ended up walking out half way through the service since he was ignoring my request to please take his time and do the removal properly. An hour later, and my fingers are still white and very dry from the acetone. I will not be returning.

Went there with my mom for Christmas Eve and the service was professional and fast. We both wished we lived closer to make this our regular spot.

Rudest staff! I called twice to confirm a 10am appointment for 2 people. When we showed up this morning, the man blankly looked at us and asked us to come back at 11. When I said that didn’t work, he just walked away from us. I actually had to ask him “so should we just leave then?” Would never ever even attempt to come here again

In from out of town for a friend’s wedding, and I was so grateful this salon could take me on short notice! They did a lovely job, so nice, and so welcoming. Would definitely come back next time I’m in town!

Probably hands down the best value in the area! Also, I have a really hard time trying to find that (basically noon existent) colour between very light pink and clear.. I think I found it! The photo was taken 4 days after I got them done!!PS. You'll have to ask Tony for his private off-the-shelf collection of colours ;)

One of the worst manicures I have had. It didn't even last 24 hours and that was after spending almost $60 on it. No one was able to explain the different types of nail options. Would not go back.
