Cascade Septic REALLY helped me out! They scheduled my pumping and inspection within the same week I called, explained everything in detail and terms I could understand, and were so thorough in all their work! Cascade septic pumped my septic tank on 1/12/23. They did a great job and were on time. 2 months later, I had an issue with a new neighbor, they wanted me to reconnect their septic pipe to my tank and drain field. They threatened to sue me if it didn't. I called Anna at cascade because I wanted information on my septic system so I could take it to a lawyer. She got on her computer and checked with Snohomish county assessor's that there was no easement. She also called Snohomish county health department, they said the neighbors needed their own septic system on their property and wasn't allowed to connect to mine. She called and emailed me all the information. She didn't even charge me a single cent. Anna went above and beyond to take care of her past customer.
