We use Steven to do our siding eaves sofit windows etc.. Andy and his Cody did a really good job. the house looks amazing.. they showed up and never left for lunch or to go to timmis stay on the job.. I would recommend. ANDY . And Stevens to do the job. Thanks

I would not recommend this company to any one. There are numerous very similar complaints as mine listed at the Better Business Bureau and I encourage all to read these when considering this company.Mario the owner takes a deposit and then disappears for months. Deadlines are non-existent and quality of work is sub-par. The company is very disorganized and unreliable. The owner sub contracts work to workers he barely knows and does not remain on the job site to ensure work is even being done right. Owner only came twice - to receive payment.I had a $17,000 roof job completed by this company. It was initially promised to be complete in mid August 2014 so I gave a $5000 deposit in late July. The roof was started in October and took weeks to complete. 1 Week after the roof was completed, a 10x10 area of shingles blew off with wind.I have got a third party to inspect the work and I have been advised that many shingles only received 1 nail to hold down. Many areas are already bubbling up and lifting. Caps are also lifting.Do not deal with this company - even if the owners seem like decent guys to work with - too disorganized and money focused.

Mario is a man of his word. They are a very busy company so at times its worth waiting for quality product and work. We had no issues with our windows, eves etc. Would recommed. We were so pleased with the end result we further had them do our doors and more windows.

In June 2021 I gave a 50% deposit for work tentatively to be done in July 2021. Currently it is July 2022 and the work has yet to begin. Inexcusable and unacceptable. Please return my money. Thank you

This company is a sham. Have been waiting for work to be finished that should of been finished a year ago but was missed!Contacted Mario he came over right away and said he would get it finished...this was in July...since then we have been calling over and over again can not get a hold of Mario but have reached someone answering the phones and have just gotten the run around, they say they will come and just don't show up...it is now November....we did a drive by and noticed someone pulling out of the driveway at their place of business my husband jumped out of our truck and 'was flagging him down he looked at my husband and continued to just drive away, not sure if this company has gone out of business or not but I would stay clear.!!!!I was very patient and Mario seemed very honest and nice!Money down the drain I guess!!!! If I could give it a zero rating I would!!!!Very disappointed with this

Finally, my mother received the satisfaction, she was looking and paid for. Thank you for fixing the problem of the leaking corner of the eavestrough. Special thank you goes out to Steve (Mario's nephew) for getting the job done!This company will talk the talk but will not walk the walk! Hired this company to put new eavestrough on my mothers house. Very quick to pull out the pen and get the contract signed. After the job was completed (no drain spout extensions on two downspouts) I had to call every Monday morning for four weeks before the extensions were finally completed. The rains came and the new eavestrough was leaking on the seams of a corner, right over the back door. Called the company owner and after a couple of phone calls he came and looked at the problem. He stated, that the reason for the leak was because there was too long of a span from downspout to downspout. My brother in law went up on the roof and looked at the corner and he said that it to be caulked at the seams or joint of the corner. He sent one of his guys to look at it and he said it need to have some caulking on the seams of the corner. I have now called the owner at least ten times and he will not return my calls or has completed the work.

We contracted with Stevens to replace all of the windows at the front of our house. While we had a bit of an issue with communication around scheduling the work, otherwise, the experience was good.The workers were very personable, professional, and filled with great advice on additional improvements that could be made in the future. The job they did on our windows was perfect. We are very pleased with the outcome. They were also great about tidying up the construction mess. These are exactly the type of workers you want for a home improvement project. They know their craft, and they are great with the customers.I would recommend Stevens with one small caveat: make sure you are clear on the scheduling, and stay on top of them if you are not getting updates regularly. The work is worth it.

Stevens resided our home with vinyl siding. The job was late getting started due to the very wet weather that we had in November but once they started the job went smoothly and was done in a week The workmanship was very good and the house looks great.Aug. 30, 2019. When returned in April we saw tat the siding had buckled and oil-canned. We contacted both Mario and the siding manufacturer. Mario said it was faulty material but lab testing and inspection showed faulty installation (Nailed too tightly and pieces cut too long, so no room for expansion). Mario showed up and tugged at a few pieces and said that the pieces were loose enough.The pieces were not able to move in linear direction because they are too tight.The manufacturer offered a Good Will Gesture to supply 6 squares of new material even though material tested OK. Manufacturer inspector has been trying to contact Mario to explain the problem but Mario has not returned his calls.I am very sorry that we hired this company.Check out Better Business Bureau

Stevens installed new siding on my house. Did an amazing job . From the consult with Mario to the install. I love the colour and the workmanship is fantastic. Thanks guys for making my home cozy and updated. The insulation definitely made a difference.
