Well i didnt visit this place yet i just had a missed call from them, and when i called back i got very rude lady , (I believe her name is Dean , at least that what she said ) and the way she was talking to me was terrible . im not sure what kind of expirence im gonna have if their receptionist, who supposed to be nice to people, act like that. I HOPE HER BOSS IS GOING TO READ THIS AND MAKE SOME ACTIONS

Very bad service, when you come on time they make you wait an hour

Everything was great, from the receptionist to the technicians. My appointment was on time, with no delay. Thank you!

The staff weren’t professional at all. Even If you arrive on time, you wait so long while if you are few minutes late they send you away..

Staff especially the Manager EXTREMELY RUDE I WAS LATE 5 MIN NO PATIENTS WAITING SHE WAS APPARENTLY MAD AT ME BECAUSE I CHANGED MY ULTRASOUND APT A FEW TIMES SO WHO CARES YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON IN SOMEONE'S LIFE ILLNESS, OR WHATEVER THOUGH THEY HAVE TO REALIZE THAT THERE ARR OTHER IMAGING ULTRASOUND XRAY ALL OVER TORONTO.....THOUGH I DONT KNOW HER NAME SHE ADDRESSED ME AS THE MANAGERTHERE IS A SUSAN THAT WORKS THERE SHE IS VERY NICE I HAD THE PLEASURE OF DEALING WITH HER UNTIL I GOT THERE 5 MIN LATE AND I WAS PRACTICALLY TREATED LIKE GARBAGE AND SHE ALSO SAID I WILL CALL SECURITY I SAID GO AHEAD I GAVE PEACE OF MY MIND TO TELL HER WHO DOES SHE THINK SHE IS AND THUS IS JUSTY OUR JOB TAKE IT EASY.. I SINCERELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION MOST OF ALL AND IMAGING...

Today morning I had an appointment and I was going from Ajax due to my OB is in the same building. I have an 18 month old who wasn't feeling that well this morning and started to throw up before we left the house which made us 15 minutes late. I am 30 weeks pregnant and when I rushed in to the office the receptionist was so rude and right away said your late we can't take you. Did you try to give me any alternatives. She called my OB's office and said we can't take her because we would be delayed if we take her. This is not the first time they have done this to me if I were to be the same racial background as the receptionist she would have made sure to work something out for me. I asked my mother to take few hours to watch my 18month old while I had my appointment and all I got when I got there was we can't take you!!!! gave me the appointment paper and said go to your OB and book else where. I am very disappointed with the way the receptionist acted towards me. I will never go there. I will also be posting this on my other social medias.

The other 1 star reviews are all real!!! I paid a visit there today and the customer service is extremely bad. The long hair skinny front desk lady is the worst, yelling at me where she even addressed me with a wrong name. Don’t know where she got that attitude from??!?!?!?! Definitely not coming back again nor would I refer my friends to use their service.

Starting from the receptionist she had great customer service presence which help me to calm down because I was nervous. The XRay Technologies made me feel at ease I chuckled before I got on the table and after I got on the table. My experience was excellent. He also said please and thank you that's rare for me. Thank you for a memorable experience.

I didn't imagine to have such bad experience with my very first early US. I was so excited for it and my husband went with me to see the baby as our first experience. The technician was some what rude. She didn't explain to me anything and I asked to have my husband in the room , she replied not now later" !! She didnt even sau hi when i entered the room ..I wish I don't have her perform my next US"

The worst ultra sound center so far!!! The technician was too harsh on my pregnant wife's stomach. Gel was not cleaned properly. When asked for tissues she refused to give more. A 30 minute ultra sound was finished in 10mins. I don't think she even got all the required information correctly. Pictures were not given either. Never returning and never recommending this location to ANYONE !
