Best dealership I have dealt with in ages. While buying any car is an ordeal, it was time consuming but pretty painless with Grimsby. Lucia, my sales person was very patient and helpful. We dealt back and forth over 7 months to finally get the deal done; mostly me and my buying ways. Happy to get the Hybrid I was looking for from the beginning and at the price I wanted and can't say enough about Lucia, she was great.

I had an awesome experience purchasing a new vehicle at Grimsby Hyundai! They had quite the selection of vehicles to choose from including harder to find items such as the Veloster N I ended up going with. Its great to see dealerships that aren't just rows and rows of similarly coloured SUV's, which has become all to common. Chelsea was a great sales person! Very knowledgeable, with a great personality! You can tell she really cares about the customer experience and loves what she does! She made the entire process very easy. Chelsea here is an amazing associate went above and beyond, she was so friendly and easy to talk to went through the process with me start to finish, and made the sale less scary and even went as far as to get me a personal keychain made me feel special. I love my new Tucson from Grimsby Hyundai! After checking out a few other dealerships in the GTA, I decided to drive an hour away from home to go see Grimsby Hyundai. It was well worth the trip to purchase my new Tucson! David in sales was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He provided everything that I needed to know for my purchase without any pressure. I was able to test drive the exact crimson red Tucson that I wanted to purchase. The dealership at that time also had a sales promotion, that no other dealership was offering and that was a bonus. The purchase price of my Tucson at Grimsby was the best deal out of all the other 4 dealerships I got quotes from and that isn't including their sales promotion! I also want to thank Warren, their financial services manager, who also made the paperwork an easy and smooth transaction. He was great too! When my husband and I picked up our Tucson, David showed us all the great features on the vehicle and reminded us to contact him anytime if we had any questions about the Tucson once we got home.
