Dr. Zayani is the most professional person ever. I feel very comfortable with him. He is honest, kindhearted most of all he takes his time listening and explaining. Let’s not forget . . the staff. They are all amazing!! Thank you !

Doctor is great and clinic is very nice. But I absolutely cannot reach them by phone or stuck on indefinite hold.

I recently came in with lung issues, im young but unfortunately have been through this before. I was scared because I thought I would get a lecture; however I got the exact opposite, FAST RESPONSE, CARE AND COMPASSION. They fixed me up within 30 minutes, THIS CLINIC ONLY IMPRESSES. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

From the first time I called to when I went to the clinic the service has been outstanding. Everyone has been very helpful and accommodating.I saw Dr. Hanna. He was very professional, caring, thorough, asked questions, listened to what I had to say and went over things at the end to make sure I understood everything.I highly recommend this clinic and want to thank the staff and especially Dr. Hanna for their excellent care.

2 stars because the doctor is friendly & the clinic is clean & tidy. However the receptionists’s customer service skills over the phone is severely lacking. If they don’t like what you’re saying they’ll cut you off, talk over you, won’t let you explain anything, & then when they’re done having a “conversation” with you they just rudely hang up the phone. (I put conversation in quotes because them not letting you getting a word in can hardly be described as a conversation.) They’ll also ask you why you’re being so rude towards them. Well, if they would let you talk & explain things instead of talking over you, then maybe the person wouldn’t come across as rude. I also had one receptionist tell me I was wasting their time & indirectly call me stupid. Completely unprofessional. This happened on May 11, 2023 before 1pm. I dated & time stamped this so that if a supervisor happens to see this review they’ll know which receptionists are at fault

My wife and I have followed Dr zayani from his old practice to here and been very happy with him for 10 years but in the last year have started to go else where as it's very hard to get ahold of the office and when you do your put on hold for long periods and possibly even hung up on. There is no point in making an appointment because you will wait over an hour anyways to be seen at best. Today my wife called to get a prescription refilled and the receptionist said she wouldn't do it because of the review my wife made and she would have to wait until Dr Zayani called her back. I wasn't aware that they could refuse medication because they are upset about a review that they received. After reading other's experiences today and seeing the same response I question if the doctors even know how people feel about the office, kinda feels like the receptionist have control of the review page.

Dr Hanna is so wonderful! He listens, he validates my feelings. Takes time to listen. Highly recommend him if your looking for a new doctor

The one answering the phone calls has no customer service skills. She was dismissive. She kept on saying “No No No”. No proper etiquette for her job not welcoming and just said that they are not accepting New patients with a tone as if she’s tired on what she is doing.

The clinic itself is very tidy and well kept, and the staff are genuinely nice and (in my experience) very helpful. I really like my physician, and I appreciate very much the flexibility with appointments and rescheduling. However, the phone system in this place is terrible. I don't know what's going on with it. It'll ring for a seemingly endless amount of time, and maybe sometimes the clinic's answering service kicks in, but then after waiting on hold, I'm oftentimes randomly disconnected. That is truly the only complaint I have about this clinic; otherwise I've had great experiences here.
