Good store with good dresses but not so good treatment I can say. I went there a week before to buy a dress for my daughter for her upcoming graduation. We tried a few and my daughter wanted to check one more time so we returned to store within the two weeks time for exchange. The staff member hesitantly looked at us and nobody supported us with the dresses like they did the first time around. We did select yet another dress and in billing she still had a sour face and said we wont expect return and this will be final sale. I said what if we take store credit that will be treated as cash and can be used any time and can be exchanged within two weeks. She said yeah but not for this one and she said some people wear the dresses and she said she does not imply to us.Overall I paid $40 more and still got the dress but the treatment was so poor when compared to the first time. I do not think they would do this to any of the white folks sorry to say this but thats the feel I got from her.Yaya and co you guys have amazing clothes but your customer service needs some training and betterment. Please treat people well and they will for sure return for more. I do like your clothes but I dont think I would wanna return for all that poor treatment I got during my exchange.

I had such a great experience at Yaya Toronto Premium Outlets. The store was nicely organized and a floor rep helped me find dresses in the colour palette of my best friend's bridal shower. We pulled up a few dresses and, I think she was the store manager, she helped me get zipped/tied up. She has a great eye for fashion and highlighted details of the dress and how the features complimented me differently. She also offered me heels to better appreciate how the dress would look. What a difference. She was so encouraging and sincere, I tried on several dresses, here are just a few, and I totally fell in love with the the strapless asymmetrical one. She did too lol. I witnessed the same excellent service from her and another rep helping the other clients in choosing their dresses too. What a helpful team. Awesome service. Will be coming back soon! :)

Everyone is the shop was friendly and helpful. Ruken was helping us up, and she was absolutely professional and skillful. With her experiences in dresses and body types, she picked out dresses for two of us, one for a prom and one for year-round occasions. The dresses are pretty with good quality, and show off all the good spots. Thank you!

I have been following Amrit on instagram, because I love her style and confidence. I wanted to recreate one of her looks and I messaged her for some advice. She was able to help me create a similar look by suggesting me what I can try from the store.She was able to figure out my style and what compliments me best better than I could've. l always shy away from trying certain type of clothes but she made me feel comfortable and confident. She was very understanding and patient with me. I don't think I would discover this store without her. Had an amazing experience!!!

Purchased something as a gift online, but due to their horrible return policy you’re only able to to receive a store credit. It would be nice if they were more up front with this policy when you check out etc.. The return policy is listed at the bottom of the website with careers and About the Company. Very deceptive retail practices.

My friend and I made a day trip to the Toronto Premium Outlet stores on Wednesday, June 21st.Our last store that we visited was Ya Ya & co. 1st off, I had never been in the store before and I love the name.My friend was looking for some summer blouses. The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful and worked together so well as a team to help us. The girls were so much fun as well and engaged with humourous conversation with us. My friend and I are older and a few of the stores we went into didn't even acknowledge us. We have worked in some form of customer service employment most of our working careers and I have to say that the girls offered excellent customer service. My friend bought 3 blouses and I bought 2 as well. We had a wonderful shopping experience here and will surely revisit.

It was my first time visiting the store. We was on vacation coming from USA.I love it so much.And I buy a lot of clothes from thereThe two lady’s was helping us one her name Mira and I’m not sure what the other lady nameI think she is from Russia. They was so nice and help us a lotThey was patient and very nice attitude.Definitely I will come back again to shop there.I wish we have that store in USA .

Been shopping at the Toronto Premium Outlets location for years and really expected better customer service. They double charged me and admitted it was their mistake and the only way they offered to fix it is if i drive all the way back to the store. Offered no other options, you make a mistake and the resolution is to further inconvenience the shopper, very disappointing.When I mentioned it would take 45 mins to drive back to the store and another 45 mins home not to mention the gas they offered me 10% off on my next purchase. Is this what over an hour of my time and gas is worth?Thank you for showing how much you value your customers. I will never be returning as many of the reviews state there are so many great stores with better return policies who stand by their clothes and appreciate their customers.

Ruken was AMAZING, she helped my friend over the weekend and we called in to place an order when I wanted the same outfit she bought! She was so helpful and incredibly friendly. Will definitely be back to shop in person!

I enjoyed it... many staff members...helpful...probably didn't realise they asked me if I needed help every 2 minutes which was a bit much but meant well I'm sure... great style clothing. No mirrors in dressing rooms...only on outside...but oh well...
